I have bought a Sonos Ray, Cant connect it to the WIFI apparently Sonos Ray doesn’t work with WIFI 7 does anyone know a work round

Hi there,just gotten my first Sonos product, a soundbar. I am testing the app right now and listen to a few songs.I am wondering how to scrobble the music I am listening to to last.fm though. Somehow I cannot find an integration. This is a huge surprise to be honest since every audio device or software I used in the past 20 years supported scrobbling.Not having scrobbling on the soundbar is annoying but it will mainly play movies. But when there is no scrobbling I cannot take Sonos serious as a music player and won’t get any other speakers which I will use for music listening.So any help for scrobbling is appreciated, and if its not possible take this post as a feature request.Cheers!

I’ve just ordered an AWOL Aetherion max projector, and I’m planning on an Arc ultra and Era 300 set up. I’ve just got off the phone with Sonos and they told me that their products are designed for use with TV’s not projectors and that there could be a syncing issue if I try and connect this set up to a UST projector. The projector does have an HDMI eArc connector. Before I spend a lot of money can anyone advise me if there may be some truth in what Sonos are saying or would I expect no problems at all? Thanks

First issue you don't have a category for Beam 2 on you user group signup!Second issue, I have my TV mounted on an arm so that I can move it, and I can't find a speaker mount that fits the Beam 2, and ideas?Beginning to regret buying Beam 2 - I have purchased and returned SANUS and other brands, they claim to to have a universal bracket but it doesn't fit. a and SANUS support is appalling' nah sorry non-existent.

What does the exclamation sign in the battery signal mean?Sometimes when my Roam2 is loading the batterie at the batterie sign appears an exclamation sign instead the flash which indicates the batterie is loading, on both cases (the flash & the exclamation sign) the percentage of batterie appears on aside.Thanks for your help.

I almost only play Applemusic on my Sonos. I prefer to use AirPlay because to me it seems that if I play directly from the Sonos app, my plays are not registered in Apple Replay. Recently played songs are not listed in Apple Musics recently played list.  Neither can I see my songs played in stats.fm Does anybody know if there is a way to register that? I would like to play from the Sonos app but I will not lose my “history” by doing that.  K.R. John

I’ve read some of the threads on here about Airplay 1 support being broken with a firmware, which, if I’m reading correctly, have been resolve? I’m not sure if my issue is related but I’ll try to describe it as best I can.I have an Era 100 that I purchased several years back, and which I use pretty exclusively by Airplaying from Lyrion Music Server with the Airplay Bridge plugin (which uses ROAP protocol). I just purchased a second Era 100, and opened up my Sonos app for the first time in years so that I could set it up. While I was at it I updated the software on my older Era 100, and now both speakers are running version 93.1-74010. This was the first time I updated the software on the older speaker since I bought it, and maybe that’s why I never ran into the issue where an update broke Airplay 1 support for over a year or so.But now I find that the older speaker works with Airplay 1 just fine, but the newer one does not. A couple weeks ago after a firmware update, my Arc stopped communicating with the ERA100 surrounds. After a few days of hoping the problem would correct itself, no such luck. The error was “not connected’ for the surrounds. After trying several simple fixes (reboot, etc.) I ended up resetting the surrounds to factory. The Arc was working normally so I didn’t do anything to it.After a number of failures with the same result, I called tech (non)support.  Their analysis of the diagnostics was that the surrounds weren’t getting an ip address. We have a commercial grade infrastructure with a central dhcp server and multiple Aruba access points. The subnet is 255.255.0.0. The Arc is 10.11.190.x and the surrounds are 10.11.187.x, which are in the same subnet.The next step they want is a “complete network layout or network map. Is anyone in Sonos support aware of the following intermittent AirPlay bug that has been introduced as of iOS 26.2? Sigh. Apologies for being a wet blanket, but after I got the Android lock screen controls, I thought it would be somewhat useful. But,after a few days, I find I don’t make use of it, and it takes a great deal of space in the notification pane. Also, it seems to come and go; it is not consistently there when I play something. Worse, I see now that there’s a musical note icon on my Pixel watch that brings up a mini Sonos controller. This might be useful; however, it is located in the same place as the notification dot, and with my fat finger I am constantly bringing up the controller when I want the notification. I can’t find a way to disable having this on my watch. So, I’d like to disable the lock screen on the app, but I see no way of doing that. Perhaps it is a phone setting, but I haven’t been able to find that either. Any help would be appreciated. I’m on a Pixel 10 and a Pixel 3 watch BTW.

I would like to be able to set the volume of certain rooms (that have an amp with external volume control) to a higher (or lower) initial volume. In the living room I have to either turn my external amp way up when selecting Sonos as input (and remember!!! to turn it down when switching input so the tv input don't blow the speakers) or when grouping rooms turn that one room all the way up in Sonos). I like the rooms to be the same volume across inside Sonos so they all reflect the actually volume level.So basically adjusting the delta volume per device when set to variable line out.  I have not found a way to achieve this yet. 

Hi,I’ve two parallel systems - S1 app running some ZP80s and Gen 1 Play 3s, and S2 app for Move 2, Play 5 Gen 2 and Roam.  I have a Move 1 which its just easier to have on the S1 app but tonight the S1 app is now stuck in an update loop; “requires update”, click “not now” and just goes back to the list of zones with the Move showing the spanner and “Needs update”.  It’s also occasionally looping a screen telling me all my devices are S2 compatible and suggesting I open the S2 app to control them.  That’s obviously wrong and will end up bricking my ZPs and probably my Gen 1 Play 3s.  Not sure why this suddently started happening.  Any ideas gratefully received ThanksDave

So I been having this issue where Spotify will not play properly it will skip or stutter ect continually, I have contacted support and told its WiFi issues, then something else and now this see below, so my question is When will this is be resolved? 

Just for fun I made an almost lp size pixelated album art display that is Sonos compatible. Has several modes to alternate between art and title/artist views.

I am trying to connect my new UGREEN NAS to SONOS. After typing in the NAS path and folder the following message appears:The computer (path name)refused to let the SONOS product connect to it.How can I overcome this problem.Any help would be greatly appreciated.Rudolf

Chatgpt says they are gone with the ‘new’ app?? What? I can force them to appear when adding songs … but how on earth do I navigate to them… wonderful ux… gosh 

Anyone else getting this? When you click the play triangle, it shows the square stop for a moment (which shows when it’s playing), and then goes back to the play triangle. The infinite mix channels are fine, but Live on 1 and Live on 2 are not working.

Some of my Sonos speakers don’t show volume sliders in the app and it’s driving me crazy. Audio plays fine and grouping works, but I can’t control volume for some of my speakers. It always ends up that one volume slider remains, while the rest disappear. And this on al my devices, they even show the same volume sliders grayed out.What I’ve already tried: All speakers are on the same 5GHz network, same AP Disabled AP isolation, client isolation - no change Turned off WiFi band steering - no change Played with IGMP snooping settings on my switches - still broken No multicast rate limiting configured Speakers have static IPs assigned Wireshark shows that all speakers are communicating, on both IGMP and SSDP. Even the ones that don’t show the volume sliders. The only thing that works is restarting my router, but even then the problem always returns. Running TP

I have had my Arc Ultra along with two Era 100 and a sub mini for about a month. This is by far the best sound I have ever had watching Movies, TV, etc... I'm incredibly satisfied... But.As title says, when I play PS5 games (only console I have), the in-game volume is way too quiet. The Sonos volume is adjusted to what I like (50/100) and volume is great in everything, TV, AppleTV, watching movies, etc... The volume is also right in the PS5 menu. Like, normal level across all devices. But in-game is way too quiet.My TV (LG C1) audio is set to HDMI eARC on passthrough. The PS5 is set to Sound Bar, Dolby Atmos (tried Linear PCM too). I have tried numerious combinations of these settings. No luck. When I'm in game, the Sonos app reports Dolby Atmos output. Hi, I have recently upgraded my entire Home Cinema setup and am getting results I don’t fully understand.When I play Dolby Atmos content (media in local network, often DDP with Atmos) I get different results shown in te Sonos app depending on where I play it:Plex app, client on Sony TV (Google TV) → Sonos app displays “Dolby Atmos”  Plex app, client on AppleTV 4K (3. gen) → Sonos app displays “Multichannel PCM 5.1” My question:Is Sonos simply not ‘labelling’ the audio format correctly in the Sonos app when playing via AppleTV, or is the audio actually being ‘downgraded’ to 5.1 and the Atmos being lost?Just for context, my setup is Sonos Arc Ultra (connected to TV via HDMI, eARC) Sony Bravia 8 II Apple TV 4K (Plex server running on macmini, content stored on NAS)

Album art is working for my local NAS library when I'm selecting albums, and shows in the summary page when I'm playing a track.   But when I look at the queue there's no album art. That's not a big deal when just playing an Album but it's a pain when building a multi-album queue or playlist.  This works on the iOS app, and I thought it was working recently in Android. But not any more. Had something changed? I don't think anything has changed in my set up. I have re-added the music library, but that doesn't help.  

Can't delete my Spotify account from Sonos 

Hello. A few months ago I bought a Sonos Arc Ultra, 2 Era 300s and two Sub 4s. It's working on an 85" TCL TV connected to an Apple TV 4K. The audio quality is spectacular. However, I'm having two problems:When I leave the system off for 10 minutes, when I turn it back on, the sound takes about 5 seconds to be heard. It's as if the amplifiers are turned off and only turn on after receiving a signal via HDMI.The other problem is the lack of volume under certain conditions. I've done extensive research online, and absolutely everything in the TV and Apple TV setup is in line with what's needed to get the best results. I've also tried TruePlay in various ways. Few content can be heard satisfactorily in terms of volume without using at least 70%.For comparison, I also have a Bose 600 + 5" subwoofer, and the volume of both systems is very similar, perhaps a little louder with the Bose.I've tried using the Apple TV output only, but the volume results are the same

why my OneSL cant connects to youtube music. Even after sign in and connects in everywahere

The volume slider in Sonos app constantly resets to a very low volume, appropriately 15%. The app is up to date and I have unplugged and plugged in an attempt to reboot system. Nothing system seems to affect this and it makes the entire system useless. Anyone else experiencing this? Any tips or suggestions? Thanks for anything you got.
