After performing an update to the Sonos app there are no music services available to add, so no music available to play. Before the update the app was connected to my apple music account.I have uninstalled and re-installed the app and have the same issue on other devices. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.Thanks

Hey gang,We have a SONOS ARC and SUB and it sounds amazing. Have some questions about how to integrate this for ATMOS with some architectural speakers? Like - how many AMPS will we need? And will this all work haha? Here’s our setup and question/situation laid out in more detail, haha: The house we bought/renovated came with 4 built in wall speakers perfectly placed for surround sound - 2 in the front, on either side of the TV (and about 10 feet apart, 2 feet above ear level, per Dolby). And 2 in the back - about 10 feet behind us, at ear level. Honestly, all pretty close to spec with what Dolby recommends when you go on their site. So that’s all good. On Black Friday, I found 4 SONOS in-wall speakers to replace these - as the ones we had are third party, and I know Truplay won’t work unless you use the SONANCE, yeah? So we’re going to get these installed. So that’s the first question - to have these work with the ARC and SUB, do we need one AMP or two AMPs? Ive seen several posts in t

Hi All,I’ve been trying to connect my Sonos Move to my PC (Windows 11) over Bluetooth and nothing seems to get it to work. I’ve disconnected, connected, removed the device, turned off Sonos Move, restarted the computer, DisableAbsoluteVolume, Windows Troubleshoot, etc. My Sonos Move works with my Cellphone, TV, Sonos App (using Spotify for example) and other devices. I ran out of options since I could not find anything else over Google or Sonos Forum (and other forums, e.g. Reddit). Some of the questions actually is from years ago and seems to no have a solution, so I’m starting to think this is an issue with PC/Windows.I tested my PC with other 2 Bluetooth devices and it works, so is not my PC.Strange thing is that when I go to (over Windows) System > Sound > Properties (Sonos Move), I can see the sound bar “playing sound”, but no sound in the speaker.To add more things that I tried: Audio Enhancements Off, Spatial Sound Off, Set as Default, Restart Bluetooth Services, Bluetooth

Guys,          I have always wanted a great sound system, I purchased the above item from a very nice older man, who was downsizing his abode and I listened and spoke with the person and his use and praise of the unit for a good 20 minutes, before purchase… He told me it had been purchased locally from a well known retailer and his email receipt was all packed away in boxes’, ready for his removal!           So I get it home and try and find a serial No:?… No where to be found, so I can’t register my product, also it’s missing and audio thingy?….Trying to set it up with WIFI 6 home network isn’t working, as it can find my SSID but wont register and I have no idea what the manufacturers password might be?...I’m in trouble !!…           It connects to my LG Smart TV via eARC and the Sonos cable provided but keeps swapping from “Internal Speakers to Sonos is now available?.. I recently split my system after adding an arc sound bar.when I launch the s2 app I will intermittently receive an error that there are incompatible products and asks me to upgrade or setup a new system. If I close and reopen s2 app it will usually work normally. Sometimes I will have to close and reopen multiple times. S1 system works fine.

I have 1 arc 2 era 300According to you it would be preferable to put 2 mini sub or 1 suband is it possible to configure 2 mini ?( my piece mesure 40 m2  and  ceiling height 3 mètres)jp

I have a setup with Arc connected to Samsung TV (2022 model Q80B)  through HDMI eArc plus a Sub. Dolby Atmos is enabled on the TV. When playing Atmos content from Amazon Prime, Sonos app says it is Dolby Multichannel PCM 5.1. Shouldn’t I be seeing Dolby Atmos?

Hi - experiencing audio switching between my ARC connected LG TV and my Beam. Beam cuts out, and TV speakers cut in for a few seconds every now and then. this has persisted across updates, changed cables, power cycling etc. I have a diagnostics dump 1001779540 which I took seconds after it happened last. So I have a Beam Gen 2 hooked up to an LG G2. 4K Fire Stick in HDMI 1, Beam in HDMI 2 (e-Arc), PS5 in HDMI 3 and Nintendo Switch in HDMI 4.If I have the Fire Stick set to “best audio possible” I lose surround audio on the Switch (stereo works fine) and I lose 5.1 Blu Ray audio on the PS5 (game and menu audio not affected). If I set the Fire Stick to PCM I get audio on Blu Rays and surround on Switch, but I lose the surround on Switch if the PS5 is on the main menu or playing a game, but not if it’s playing a 5.1 Blu Ray…I think it has something to do with Atmos, as the Fire Stick is constantly on and constantly trying to put out Atmos if it can when on the “best possible” setting and the PS5 puts out Atmos on the menu and in games, but not on Blu Rays that don’t have an Atmos track. It’s like if the Beam is putting out Atmos on one input, that’s the only kind of audio it can put out in any other input other than standard stereo?it’s not a huge issue, there’s not a lot of Atmos content

Hi, we are building a media room of 12x18 ft (WxD) and I am wondering which products I should buy. Is the Beam V2 enough, or do I need to go to the Arc? Do I need the large Sub or does the small one work just as well? Would be awesome to get some recommendations. Thanks!

Hi, love this sonos beam.  What a issue connecting.  With help of this site, finally was able to connect via Earc hdmi!!!  I still have no volume control via sony remote.  It's  RF remote.  Is there a setting I'm overlooking?I can't connect my remote with Sonos app.  Bravia Sync does not see Sonos.

Hello,I just bought an Arc. It got me thinking about how I can build a surround system, so I found out about the Amp. I’d love to run this setup:  Arc - no Ethernet, connected to a (slightly older) TV via HDMI-ARC  Amp - no Ethernet, powering:               2 matched Denon bookshelf speakers               1 third party sub1. Is this possible?2. Assuming I can run the diagnostics on either an Android or an iOS device, can I get Trueplay tuning in this setup?Thanks,~alex

Hi, I’ve built a new kitchen diner extension on my house and wanted to install the architect/Sonance in ceiling speakers in the space. I’m looking at buying the set which gives two speakers and an amp, then adding a second set of speakers as I understand the Amp can handle up to about 6 speakers. I have numerous SONOS products throughout my house already, and wanted to make sure the Amp would connect just like any other product and I could control music in the new space just like any other speaker in my house.Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.Thanks, Gareth.​​​​​​​

Hi,Just got myself an ARC and a Sub Mini.When toggling the Loudness/speech enhancement/night mode on/off, nothing’s happening.Do I need eARC to enjoy this feature?I do have HDMI arc, but sonos could not find it, so I had to use the optical cable.That’s okay, but just wondering if it has something to do with the HDMI.Having said that, the loudness didn’t work in the store when they were demostrating it for me.And that was through eARC.Any tips?:)Ken

I just found out that Sony has a new receiver that works with Sonos. My question is how to wire the video and audio. I see there are 6 video inputs some 4k and some 8k. So if I plug 4k into 8k is the video going to work ok? Then we move to audio do you just plug the sonos hdmi into the reciver and get your audio. Some questions may be silly but I sure don’t want to spend a $1000 and the system not work.

Hello All, I’m looking to mount my Era 300’s upside down, at ceiling height.Before I start ripping my walls apart and drilling holes has anyone already done this that is able to share photos of their Installation? / does anyone have any advise for me before mounting them upside down? Here is a photo of my Era 300’s currently, yes I know they’re not positioned correctly. TIA,Jamie

We just bought an Arc for this TV. (Excuse the Christmas decorations.)Would it be possible to mount the arc upside UNDER the mantle. See blue arrows. Or should it set on top of mantle like normal people? (Yellow)  

I have a Panasonic ptar1000u, a ps5, a cable box, and an Xbox series x.  I want to be able to hook them all up using the Sonos arc, and be able to get use of Dolby atmos when watching content on my Xbox or ps5.  I’ve found so many conflicting experiences online.   Just looking for a little help.  I thought if I got an av receiver capable of outputting earc I could just hook all my components to it and then hook it to the Sonos arc, but it appears that won’t work.  Any suggestions would be awesome, I’d hate to return my new arc.
