I have a Sonos Roam. Its been on charge (both wireless Sonos charging base & direct Sonos USB cord) & the red light is continually showing as its charging. As soon as I disconnect from power the red light goes off and it won’t turn on. I’ve tried all suggestions from Sonos & this Community to no avail… The unit is not that old and certainly hasn't had a lot of use…Any suggestions would be welcomed.

Can I play Apple Spatial Audio through my Arc + Sub + 2 X One SL home theater? Or does the grouping with the One SLs negate streaming playback of Atmos/Spatial Audio music?
Hi, I have a question.. I turned off the wifi on the sonos app and connected my sonos amp with a network cable... but still on my router the sonos amp shows that it is connected via wifi on 2.4... does anyone else have this problem and how to solve...thanks
I'm trying to use my Apple TV. It outputs PCM (multi channel) for many programs on Netflix etc, but it also outputs Atmos fine when encoded . The built in app on the Sony TV does Dolby digital plus. The built in app sounds miles better. The multi channel PCM sounds dull, flat and lifeless.Others have tested and have pointed at the Arc and it's reproduction of multi channel PCM. Is there a fix en route, or does the Apple TV go in the bin?
Building a bar in garden and at the stage of running cables…. I fancy buying 2 x Era 300s as mainly for music...but also tv for occasional Netflix etc (this would be more occasional use)… Can I :-Have them either side of tv an I connect a tv to via audio out to the Era 300s...ie via hardwire input (you would connect a cd etc too like this...) (Id have to buy…the adapter from Sonos)-Just use tv volume...but connect the era 300’s somehow…Ive also heard you can use Apple TV for apps...and it forces the pair to act as the tv speakers... Possibly using and HMMI out to audio splitter…?Any Help/Guidance appreciated…or other options...Thanks,STEVIER
I would like some suggestions for a good player. It should be smallish.

I found this solution and no more sound cutting on the Playbar: I broadcast themusic on a Sonos one in the bathroom and then I group the Playbar in the living room. If you have another Sonos speaker in the house, try it, it's magical!
My music library resides on my DROBO 5N, and it was working very well with my SONOS S1 system. The DROBO was taken offline for a while, and now I cannot get SONOS to recognize the path - I am sure it is the path that I used before. I checked the path from the Windows 10 network folder. The syntax is perfect. Not sure what I am missing? Any help would be appreciated.
Good morning,I've been using my BEAM sound system with a duo of ONE SL speakers as a "home cinema" for a while. But for the past week or so my SONOS BEAM has been disappearing from my system all the time.It is connected by wire (tested via wifi but nothing changes). It is also connected via HDMI arc.
Can't select room with speaker
When playing a spotify playlist in S2, Sonos changes the sequence - in spotify i see last added first, in Sonos first added. This is highly annoying, but did not find a setting in Sonos to change that. Ans advice? Thank you
https://support.sonos.com/en-ca/article/set-up-your-symfonisk-speaker references a “power passthrough cable” but doesn’t provide any details. I don’t think it was included in box. Where would I get one and what would I ask?I wanted to use it to power one Symfonisk speaker from the other.
2 Just spent many hundreds of dollars on a wonderful – sounding pair of move 2 speakers. It appears that sleep mode does not always remain engaged, but I am certain of this: one of the new move 2 speakers was definitely indicating it had been and was in sleep mode (I checked it after not doing anything overnight, and it was sitting there supposedly in sleep mode, that’s what it said), but the battery had drained down to 2%, and it was fully charged the day before.it is of course frustrating to have drained a new battery nearly down to zero, when the advanced-technology Move 2 was in sleep mode.It would be great if sleep mode didn’t drain the battery.Thank you.
My current setup is arc, sub mini + 2 one sl as surround. I already have a era 300, and thinking of ordering one more to use as surround to replace one sl’s.However my tv is quite old and can only output dd 5.1. Is it still worth it to use era 300 as surround even though it cant output atmos? Or should I first upgrade tv to get atmos?kind regards
Do I need more than one speaker in a room for the best sound experience?
I’m using an android phone connected line in on my Era 100 and the volume is very low. I have it set to 10 (max) on the line in settings, which is only slightly better than the lowest settings. I’ve tried different cables between the Sonos line in adapter and the highly rated USB C-to-3.5mm DAC adapter plugged into my phone with the same results. The volume at 100 sounds like 20 over wifi. Any help would be most appreciated.
Hello All Good People I have been planning to purcase two pair of speakers in near future, and one of the two pairs would most likely be the Sonos Five’s.If i buy these….what brand stands are you prefere to use. I belive there is Flexson,Mountson and Sanus by brand…and yes we are in Europe if somebody was wondering. And the Five’s will be in white colour.
I cannot get the speakers to play with the sound bar while watching tvafter moving to another state
I have been running a Project turntable to a Sonos Play 5 via line in successfully for several years now. I recently picked up a second hand Denon DN-C615 CD Player. I have tried connecting via Analogue Out (Red and White) into the Sonos 5 via line in. It plays and has volume fine, but the sound is very twangy (sorry no other way I can think to describe it)Wondering if I need an Amp or some other sort of intermediary?Any assistance greatly appreciated.
Music shuts off when I leave home. I would like it to keep playing.
I have the Alexa skill and Sonos Voice Control enabled on my Era 100. I can set the Alexa volume level from 1-10 and the Sonos from 1-100%; so maybe I am ahead of the game.Whenever I ask Alexa what the volume level is, it is currently saying “Device Volume Level is 2”. It has said the level is at 5,1 and other numbers before. It has no affect on the audio levels from the Era, but it makes no sense and I cannot find any other people reporting the issue.
Hello, just connected new port to turntable. Sounds great!! Is there a converter switch setup to switch from turntable to CD changer given there is only one line in connection? At this outrageous price, I’m not buying 2 ports!Thx
