I have a Sonos Roam.

Its been on charge (both wireless Sonos charging base & direct Sonos USB cord) & the red light is continually showing as its charging. As soon as I disconnect from power the red light goes off and it won’t turn on. I’ve tried all suggestions from Sonos & this Community to no avail… The unit is not that old and certainly hasn't had a lot of use…

Any suggestions would be welcomed.

‘All the suggestions’ isn’t very specific, unfortunately. Could you please tell us which ones you’ve tried?

I think we would all be interested in the voltage and amperage of the charging plug you’re using. The device the Sonos cord is plugged in to, that plugs into the wall.

It might also be helpful to know if you’ve called Sonos Support directly to discuss it.
