10 years I have had this system no problem's ever, till the new App.  My speakers are now bookends. I planed on buying more and upgrading but not from Sonos. Moderator Edit: We do not allow users to offer or sell any products (Sonos or third party). Is anyone else having problems with the new app? Found mine to be auto updated this morning & i can't get it working at all! Doesn't connect with my speaker, grrrr

As of 11th May 2024 - My system has just stopped working on all 3 of my devises which must be to do with the App update ? cant update the App on my iMac Cant play music any music on my iPhone and iPad - whats going on?

New App refusing to find my products Not Connected message everytime.Spoke to the Sonos help desk They got me to reset my network connection on my iPhone. This worked but now the only way to get the app working is to turn off the network connection on my phone and turn it back on.Old ‘brown’app working perfectly on another phone. Ditto the old app on my iMac.I’ve resorted to using a third party app which works first time .

The key function to most people (Alarm) is missing in SONOS current non-beta update. 80.00… !!!!This calls for roll back of the update ASAP.What are SONOS doing ????????

Since the app update I have lost all abilities to control my speakers. Android build number AP1A.240405.002Old app worked, new one doesn't - nothing else changed.

I have updated my Sonos app and can now not access my personal music library, which was never previously a problem. What is Sonos doing to fix this?

Why is the app icon on iphones black and white while the desktop controller is gold and black? Where’s the brand consistency?

Hey Sonos, are you guys nuts??? Aren't alarms something your users are using everyday??? It used to be weirdly place already but now it's nowhere to be found!! How do I change my existing alarms now???  Fox this! And make their access prominent Thanks

How do you set the alarm function in the new Sonos App?

Depuis l'installation de la nouvelle version de l'application sur Iphone (Version 80.00.04), j'ai cette alerte à chaque fois que j'ouvre l'application! : "Activez le bluetooth pour permettre à "sonos" de se connecter aux accessoires." Je n'ai pas de périphériques bluetooth et je n'active donc pas le bluetooth sur mon téléphone. New S2 App is Horrible! What were you thinking? This launch could not have been fully baked. How did you allow this to happen? So you crash and burn the launch then go run and hide? Very weak, so disappointing. Here’s a thought, fix it, like STAT. 

This new app is terrible. It is so unintuitive. I can’t use it. Please reverse the update.  

Sonos upgraded to the latest s1s2 and the separate Sonos app and now it's saying it needs an update and then it comes back with an error and that's all you can do it says to reboot your router done that it says to reboot your phone done that done everything it says to do and it still won't update so does anybody have a link to the older software the software that was in existence say 3 weeks ago I'll install it manually and go back to the original software until they figure it all out  

With the new upgrade App Sonos, my IHeart radio and Mixcloud apps don’t work anymore can you help pleasethanks in advance 

I’ve read the post, but don’t understand where the add a folder occurs. Also, Sonos doesn't show as an app for my MacBook. I have an iPad and phone and still don’t find the music library as it has been stated in all the items I’ve read.

In new Android app in music library albumart is not shown anymore.How van i manually update the index of my music library in the new app? 

Updated to the new app, what a disaster, keeps dropping songs, if I adjust the volume in the app  it the volume cuts out and sometimes doesn’t come back. Songs are playing but they are not showing they are playing. WTF Sonos! If I try and do multiple rooms together, forget it. So hard to navigate around, old app was much easier,  even to use through the Spotify app sucks now, tried to call support but 80 minute wait, what’s that tell you

Just received an email from Sonos trumpeting their new ‘better than ever’ app… 😂. I’m really amazed that they would have the audacity to send this out with the current turmoil

So far with the new version of the app, when it playing music to a speaker group from my Victrola stream turntable, the new app shows no information. Before it would show that it was streaming from the turntable. Now it shows “no music / nothing is playing. This wasn’t an issue until this update.  

The Service "Familystream" can't add in the new Sonos AppWhen is the solved? It is a know issue, I think so!
