Hello everyone,

I am using two SYMFONISK speakers in South Korea. After the recent app issues, I was fortunately able to connect my speakers with the latest update. I am now looking to add a music service to the connected speakers.

My profile’s  country in address section is set to South Korea, and South Korea is included in Sonos's YouTube Music availability list(YouTube Music on Sonos | Sonos). However, YouTube Music does not appear in my list of services. It has been over 48 hours since I changed the country, but YouTube Music still does not appear.

I use an iPad, iPhone, Android phone, MacBook, and Windows PC, but YouTube Music does not appear in the list on any app or program.

Even after contacting customer support through chat, they only advised me to power off both speakers, wait for 10 seconds, and then reboot them, without offering any other solutions. This method has had no effect, and YouTube Music still does not appear in my list. Is there anyone who can help with this issue?
