New Sonos App (and More). No, seriously, though....

Since the update everything is a MESS.  I have a lot of money invested in this system that, aside from minor annoyances, was working TREMENDOUSLY years.

Since that fateful day  a couple of weeks ago, it’s been an nightmare on every level.  If it was just a clunky app, I could handle it; but, it’s actually made the entire system nearly unusable.

WHEN WILL THIS ALL BE STRAIGHTENED OUT?

Missing features by the end of June if they are able to stick to the plan.

The CEO says the app provides a better experience, more responsive and 99% probably like it. Implies 1% complaining. This may impact the urgency of their response.
