Rockbot "Something went wrong"

I have two stores and rockbot can't be loaded in Sonos at either. I've done everything in my power to troubleshoot this, including removing services in Sonos, disconnecting in Rockbot, app uninstall reinstall. Been days. Has anybody else had this issue? Of course I can't get through to Sonos support since their last update.

Same problem here. Worked fine until we upgraded the stupid new app upgrade now Rockbot is useless.

Have you been able to get any sort of explanation from Sonos or Rockbot?
