what is URL for Magic, Classic and Smooth radio stations? (to add when I add a radio station to Sonos)

I am curious if anyone else has this question. I am wondering if Sonos is thinking of making an App for the AppleTV to control the system...not to play from...but more like the app for the devices. Reason I ask is it would be cool, I think, to be able to display what is playing on the playbar with the tv and maybe advance to the next song or maybe even pick a different service to play...obviously this is only for music. Just curious, I personally think it would be popular.

I love that I can make a playlist from different streaming apps but it would be so awesome be able to easily add to queue with a L>R swipe or delete using R>L swipe. Like how Spotify has it. So convenient.

Sonos has the option for an audio interrupt but there is no option for a resume playback. I would love to see this feature be implemented so that when I am listening to music outside or if I am inside and the music is loud, the volume will either cutt off and play the chime, then resume, or it would significantly lower the volume and play the doorbell notification similar to using maps on an iPhone when playing music.

After latest update, auto rotate is no longer working on any of my tablets. Yes, I checked the tablet settings and auto rotate is on and working with other apps. Any suggestions?

Hi, Are any plans afoot to develop an app for the Samsung S3 Gear models? I'd love to be able to operate the sonos network in my house from my wrist. Cheers, Andy

Hi everyone, I work for a company that provides IPTV software to service providers. We recently discovered that some of our set top boxes that have DLNA capabilities start crashing when SONOS devices are seen in the user's homes. I am pretty sure the set top boxes are able to discover the SONOS player with UPNP. We are planning to purchase some of the SONOS players for testing, but I need to know, if all SONOS players are the same in terms of UPNP capabilities and if they are DLNA certified, etc. Also does this maybe depend not only on teh model of SONOS but the software version of it. Sorry for the newbie question. I'm using the PC controller to add a second Play:3, and there does not seem to be a way to add it to the same room as I added the first one to. I add the first one to Office, and now Office has been replaced by Office2 in the room selection drop down. I want them both to be in Office so I can create a stereo pair.

I know this is more of a SmartThings question, which I have posted in their forum, but wanted a bigger audience, so posting here also. Using Speaker Companion SmartApp in SmartThings to say: When contact opens/closes then play notification sound, also have the "Resume currently playing music after notification" enabled. Two scenarios going on here.... 1) Music is playing, someone opens the front door. As expected, music pauses, notification sound plays, then music resumes. Perfect! 2) Music NOT playing, someone opens the front door. As expected, notification plays.... but then the music queues up from whatever was previously being played. Wondering if anyone has done something like this and is experiencing the same behavior?

Can we please have the option to choose what tapping a song in the list does. It used to be that when I tap the song I would get an option menu to added to the end of the Q, play now and now it just instantly play goes to the end of my queue and start playing that song or worse entire albums. This is crazy. I understand it's because dumb people don't understand how a queue works but it destroys the controller for people that have an idea of what's going on. Please let us choose what happens, i liked the menu but it would be even better if we could choose a default action for tapping song then the three dots gives you the little menu.

I have a play:5 in the bedroom and is connected to a tv via the line input. I also play large playlists in this room. If I pause in the middle of the playlist and select the line in for watching tv, I cannot resume the playlist where it left off after I’m done watching tv. It seems like the queue is still intact with the playlist but it doesn’t have a way to resume playback from where it was paused. Since the playlist is large, it’s a pain to have to scroll down and find what I remember played last. Can we get a resume function somehow?

Hello Sonos, I have submitted a diagnostic from my Android app. Number is 8508924. Mysystem which has two play 5's and a plaubase is working fine in standard set-up and I can control it via my Samsung S7 Android device. However, on the Win 10 PC, the controller cannot find the system. Both are connected to the same wireless network. If I plug my laptop into my router (direct ethernet cable) the controller will find the system. Many thanks.

Many media apps work great on Android TV box using the handheld remote...moving from screen to screen, field to field and selecting with the typical navigation buttons. Though I just gave it a quick try...got things linked up and music playing OK...but navigation in Android Sonos Controller is nearly impossible without a touchscreen or touchpad remote. Can this be remedied to work better with typical TV box remote navigation buttons (Up, Down, Left, Right, Select, Back)? It IS really nice to see now playing info on the big screen and select music that resides on attached drives. It would be GREAT if you could make adjustments on the Sonos systems more easily from your main media center.

When I browse Spotify on my iPhone X Sonos app no personal playlists show up under the "Your Music" tab. The strange thing is I can see my Albums and Songs under Your Music . It's just Playlists that show the message "Unable to browse music". Any suggestions?

Hi, I know the new push is to double down on streaming services and voice control. I would love to have the ability to remember the last listen to spot. I listen to a lot of podcast on our system and it is always a pain to have to remember where I left off. If I go from the office to the garage I have to start the service again and manual locate the last spot I listened to. I don't think there is an easy way to hand off services from different locations, kinda like follow me. If I'm listening in the shower and then I go downstairs I'd like to be able to click transfer to downstairs. I can do a work around and add downstairs to the current grouping and then when I get downstairs delete the upstairs bath from the current grouping. Kinda lame though. Also why not work with the likes of Rogue Amoeba and get their Airfoil to work with Sonos. I would love to have the ability to direct anything I'm listening to on my Mac to the Sonos system and be able to select zones. Currently I listen t

The Clear, Edit and save buttons have gone missing off my android app on a samsung tab A but are still there on my samsung galaxy S6. Both are using the latest apps. Does anybody have an explanation?

Currently I have Sonos iOs app version 8.3 installed. I got a pop up today that an update 8.3.1 is available.When I go to App store to install the update , I do not see any Update tab and just see Open tab.

I just upgraded to IPhone 8+ from an iPhone 6s+ and Sonos will not play from the app on my new phone; rather, it says I lust play from the 6s+ instead. I cannot find a way to disassociate from the old phone and enable the new phone. Help! Very frustrating.

Hi. I upgraded to Sierra 10.12.6 beta and I can no longer launch my desktop controller. Everything works fine on my iPad Mini and iPhone 6, even on my MacBook Pro which is still on El Capitan. The other thin that changed is that I installed a player connected to a Connect:Amp that powers my Surround speakers. I cannot send any diagnostics from the app since I can't access the menu. I have a bridge connected to my router, the PlayBar is wired to the Connect:Amp via Cat5 cable, my Play:3 is wireless, my Connect is wireless and my Play:5 is wired via a Cat5 to the router. Can you tell me what to do ?

Trueplay is now available for the world to try and we’d love to hear what you think about the tuning. Have you noticed a change in your home? What are your impressions? Personally, I first set up Trueplay in the worst possible situation I had at home, an original PLAY:5 sitting half behind a hollowed out speaker tower speaker which was used as a table for a record player (it’s a long story). The room has stone floors, high ceilings, and a few couches. The difference was immense. After my dance around the room the PLAY:5 sounded like a completely different speaker. The highs were much clearer, and the lows resonated better throughout the room. Friends in the house couldn’t believe the difference either. The next room I tested was much better off. The PLAY:3 in there was in a better place already, sitting toward the corner of the room, on top of a table. Wood floors, much smaller room, lower ceilings. There was still a noticeable change, as Trueplay really does help out the PLAY

Hi guys, I have just invested in a couple of Sonos speakers and have set up my iPhone and my wife's iPhone as controllers. I was wondering, would we be able to have separate favourites on our My Sonos pages? or do we have to share the space. At the moment it is just full of my favourite albums on both iPhones and my wife would like her own stuff on there. Cheers, Tom

I am planning to bay a CR200. Is it stil possible to add it to my Sonos system? - or is it going to be outdated like the cr100?

I am not able to update my Sonos Controller and getting error 1101. I have tried all steps for debugging but no help. It does not let me in to controller home for accessing any options.

Living in the Midwest in the sticks... We are always having severe weather. It would be great if Sonos could offer the feature to turn on or turn off weather alerts of certain types and for specific counties. While we have a weather radio - it is only in one room. Having Sonos products in every room would certainly grab attention much quicker...
