Hi

We have recently had to upgrade our router and since doing so I have been unable to access the sonos app on my phone as it keeps coming up with the message authentication error.

Everyone else in the family has no problem so I am wondering what I can have done wrong, obviously I have checked the password on the router and all is fine with everything except sonos. Any ideas.

Hi can you make sure that your phone is connection to the same Wi-Fi SSID? Is this an iPhone? If so please remove the app and then reinstall. Did you follow the steps in this article:
