Can I undo an update? My sonos products will no longer work. And they were working perfectly until i updated… 

Come on SONOS sort out this problem. It’s a disgrace that you have cut loose all those customers that have perfectly good old gen equipment. The very least is that you continue to offer the ability to use our equipment and search for Radio and other content. I fully expect a canned response and zero help, but I’m going to ask the question anyway.

Playing songs on my computer continues to be a really weak spot with SONOS. The issue is compounded in that later -- like today, the next day -- as soon as I open SONOS on my Samsung it starts a string of “I can’t play that” that goes on and on, literally blocking my use of the phone. I wasn’t even going to play songs off the computer when I started this morning! the best I can tell it’s never the same songs .. it’s just like random. 

Hi I have been with Spotify and have changed to Apple Music but when I created my Sonos playlist I was with Spotify now I’ve changed it won’t play my Sonos playlists any ideas ?? darren 

When half of the screen of my CR200 went out, I picked up a replacement from eBay, because phone apps just won’t cut it for bedroom use. Unfortunately, I can’t get the new CR200 to connect to my Sonos network, which consists of a ZP80, ZP100, and One(x2).  So far, here’s what I’ve tried: Turning the wifi setting on/off for the ZP80/100 before attempting to connect. Restarting the ZP80/100 before attempting to connect. Restarting the router the ZP80 is wired into before attempting to connect. The CR200 will switch to the “Connecting” screen, before it fails with a message that includes the link: http://faq.sonos.com/setupH I really need to get this replacement working, as it was the lower half of the old CR200’s screen that failed, and that seems to be where all the controls are that I regularly use.  While the touch functionality continues to work, I’m not enjoying our games of blind man’s buff. Any suggestions?

I want to transition from NAS to Cloud based storage, including music and photos. How can I access a cloud based music library in Sonos?

Is there an option to turn off the unsolicited ad popups in the Sonos S2 IOS app? I use the app for controlling my music system, I don’t like ads from Sonos about Holiday offers, Sonos radio etc. popping up while I am using the app.  

I could use Sonos One SL using AirPlay before iOS 14 update. But just after I updated to iOS 14, Sonos One SL disappeared from AirPlay devices list. Sonos app works well, only AirPlay does not work. I pulled the plug from outlet and connected again, but it did not work.

How do I remove duplicate tracks from a Sonos Playlist? The last answer to this question is from 2013 and no longer works. Thanks.

Hello!Need Your help!I can't play music stored on my android device Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 Pro.I have Sonos Connect_v1, and i use Sonos S1 app.Sonos radio work fine, but when i want listen music stored on my device Sonos S1 app give error: "song name" is no longer available on this Xiaomi Redmi Note 8 ProSonos S1 i was several time uninstall and install again, Sonos Connect_v1 restarted several time, my access point and router restarted several time too, music downloaded from internet and was copy from laptop on micro Sd card and play on my device and laptop well, music destination is in "music" folder.Before it was work fine, a few months ago. Diagnostics confirmation number is: 1792455112How can i fix it?Thx in advance.    

HejHar idag köpt en Beam en Subwoofer gen.3 samt två st One-högtalare. Har tidigare en One och en Play 5, som inte kan användas med S2. Tänker uppgradera mi S1 till S2. Undrar om jag kan få uppgraderingsrabatt 30% på min gamla Play 5 senare då ekonomin tillåter köp av en ny S2-kompatibel. Undrar också om mina spellistor mm, som jag nu har på S1 följer med vid uppgraderingen till S2.mvh

Hi,I recently picked up a Sonos One to use in the bedroom as a music/radio player at night. Mainly this will be getting used in the evening, which leads me to want to use the sleep timer-function. However, when I use the sleep timer, setting it in the app on iOS, a green LED is lighting up the room whenever the timer is running out (even though the lights have been turned off in the settings). This seems quite counterintuitive to me since I would expect a sleep timer/mode to avoid any unnecessary light being turned on.Is there a setting that I am missing that one could use to turn off this functionality or will there always be a flashing light whenever the sleep timer is used? If anyone has any suggestions/thoughts - do let me know! Any help is very much appreciated! Cheers 

I have a Play1 and a Play5 up until today they worked ok on S1 my wife used it today and it appears to have updated the Play1 to S2 now the system is incompatible can I downgrade to Play1 back to S1

If I’m playing a playlist or maybe an ‘artist radio’, how can I tell what playlist/radio is playing? Sometimes I might have chosen it a day ago or someone else chose it. There’s no playlist name shown on the controllers, that I can see. Can anyone help?Thanks

As a user of the Sonos app on the iPhone I would like to be able to change the order of my services so that I don't have to scroll every time to get to my most used service. Not sure why this is closed (and why this isn’t implemented yet)… Sorting the order of music services | Sonos Community

As per the topic started by @KenOuf , I find that updating the Sonos controller app on Windows 10 also does the same thing, it simply restarts my PC without asking; this morning leaving me with a lot of lost work.  It seems to do it every time a Sonos controller update is required and is definitely the cause of the restart as I requested the update to version 12.2 during Windows’ active hours, perhaps naively expecting to be prompted before a system restart as per most other software.  Please provide a prompt if you’re going to restart my PC.  Screenshot of Event Viewer showing Sonos initiating a restart below...  

Hi All - looking to hook up TV to the SONOS Amp, wired to pair of B&W speakers. Can I use that same Amp to connect to a turntable….? Thanks for any advice

I have a Sonos S2 compatible sustem including Play 5 and Connect amps. I am purchasing a high end cd player which includes a built in DAC. Given that I have inputs on both my connect amps (3) and my Play 5’s (3) will I get full functionality from the cd player connecting to one of those devices or do I need to purchase a Sonos port??

CIAO TO ALL, i have a sound bar 5 years old.i have my SONG-music in MY smart phone iphone11 and i wish to hear the same music also in the soundbar, through wi-fy in my house.before was possible, by using the google music app, but now this app is not more available, and i received the suggestion to use the “youtube music” app.but this app have a cost…do you know another way to hear the music in the bar from my iphone? I have amazing Sonos speakers but I cannot use the streaming service I pay for or the other free ones that I enjoy. I’ve had this issue ever since Sonos made the switch to the S2 app. It’s really frustrating. I have tried all of the troubleshooting suggestions and none of them have worked. It’s not my internet or router because everything else works and I’m even able to get Sonos advertisements on my app but no streaming services - including Sonos Radio. Has anyone found anything that works? 

Can anyone tell me how to adjust the volume on my speakers using the volume control on my iPhone when using AirPlay? Up until recently, when I readjusted the volume it would adjust all the speakers grouped with the one I have connected to Airplay. Now I seem to only have the capability to adjust the only the one speaker connected to AirPlay using my iPhone’s physical buttons. I have to open the Sonos app and adjust the speakers everyday individually. It’s really annoying and I can’t figure it out.  

Hi! When using more than one Spotify account, the overview does not show which account I can select.Could you add the username of the account in small font underneath the text “Spotify”, or display the name that has been given to the service? Attached is a photo of the problem: 

I have upgraded from the original Sonos 5 to the very latest Sonos 5 - single speaker.  I have installed the controller on two cell phones, an iPad, and my main Windows 10 computer.  But the controller installation file (Sonos2) will not run on my laptop.  I get error 1305, error reading from file.  Have tried multiple downloads of the file to no avail.  This is probably a Windows issue but I’m sure I’m not the only one experiencing this problem.  I have not been able to find much help out there for this issue but I assume it’s a fairly common Windows problem.  I would greatly appreciate your assistance.  Thanks……...

After updating from S1 to S2, the music stored on my samsung galaxy A40 can no longer be played from the S2 app. The error I’m getting is [x-track] is no longer available on [my phone]. All music can be played on other apps (and is stored in the Music folder). I’ve granted all permissions (going so far as to uninstall the app, forget my home network, reboot and reinstall everything.) Am not sure what’s wrong.
