The other thread that had this topic is closed, but didn’t address my problem. After an hour with sonos help, this is what we did.

  1. First, confirmed my S2 was up to date.
  2. Unplugged all sonos speakers/units
  3. Rebooted the router
  4. Plugged them back in.

It took a little waiting for them to come back online, but it did the trick.
