- Any update or changes you made recently with your network?
- Aside from the error message “can’t find server”, did you get an error number?
- Is the error coming from an External drive, Internal drive, or NAS?
- Have you checked your antivirus programs/firewall settings to ensure that it's not blocking Sonos?
