Controlling Amazon Fire volume on Beam

I just replace my SoundBar with a Beam. The SoundBar controlled the volume properly on my TV whether it was set to cable or streaming from either AppleTV or an Amazon Fire device (I am using a Harmony remote, but I don’t think that matters). WIth the Beam, I have it set up to control the TV volume, but the remote does not affect the volume when I’m streaming from the Fire. In fact, I can’t even set it up with the TV set to the Fire input - it doesn’t see a click on the Volume button.

My TV does not have an ARC input, just a digitial audio out, if that matters.

Is this something that I have to fix by reprogramming my Harmony, or what?

NM. This was a Harmony problem. I don’t see a way to delete this post, otherwise I would.
