Last year, I set up my pair of ONE SL speakers in my BEDROOM and my pair of ONE speakers in my MEDIA ROOM with my Gen 3 Sub and ARC. I want to switch the ONE speakers to my BEDROOM and vice versa. I have physically made the switch, but I don’t know how to change the pairing on my app, so now when I am watching tv in my MEDIA ROOM, I hear the tv on my ARC, but the BEDROOM speakers upstairs are working.  

Sonos should roll back the new app right away.This is a ludicrous act of self harm.

The new app doesn’t know where it is when I move from my Home to my Office.  It always asks me to log in. Once I do it can’t find my systems.  The old one always knew where we were and could always find ALL my products.  The new one lost, confused and can only find a few of my sonos speakers.  How do I re-install the old app? 

Sliders are just gone. Tapping on the speaker icon does nothing 

Umm, what you’re suggesting is anything but seamless. 🤦‍♂️ [bad facepalm emoji]Ya’ know what WOULD be seamless? Enable us to use the wonderfully functional S2 v16.1 side-by-side with the new app, while you [WTF] “reintroduce many features.”

I have two fives grouped together as my line in for my tv. I have a one and symfonisk in two other rooms that are completely separate. When I updated to the new app, it suddenly grouped the all the speakers together under the line in input. It also defaults to those speakers with music rather than defaulting to my paired fives like it has always done with the old app. I have to manually change it every time I open the app and sometimes it doesn’t even work. I’ve had to unplug the other two speakers so the tv doesn’t play in other rooms. I can’t figure out how to get it back to just playing the two fives as line in. I never had a problem with this with the old app. 

Where has the alarm function gone? I’ve just upgraded my app and it’s vanished. How am I supposed to get up?

Hello, I like to Create surrounding systems in the TV room with the size of 10X13 feet using ARC+SUB+AMP and in-ceiling speaker, the question I have how many in-ceiling requires to create the effect;Thanks

I have a ray and an amp.  The amp is hard wired to outdoor speakers.   Can i set up the am p and ray to play the same music but with separate volume control

I would like to ask for a precise, step-by-step solution to the following matter, someone should not describe in general terms how to solve the problem.We live together in an apartment with my wife. We bought an ARC+Sub and a Roam. I registered my own username and put all three units into one system. I named ARC+SUB Living Room, and Roam runs as Sonos Roam.The situation I want to solve. I would like to listen to the Rolling Stones on TIDAL on ARC+SUB in the Living room, for example, with my Tidal subscription.My wife and I listen to the Beatles from Spotify on the Sonos Roam in the other room with her Spotify subscription.How can this be solved so that the system does not crash?What does my wife have to do to be able to do this?Does it need a separate registration with Sonos?Please explain to me as if I were a five year old.

Since the update accessing my albums under Spotify always times out, ie. I get the „something went wrong“ notification. Prior to the update this was working fine. Haven’t seen this specific problem with the update. 

Buonasera,Da un po' di giorni ho riscontrato il seguente difetto su beam2.Ho un Philips 55 OLED 806/12 al quale ho collegato soundbar beam2 tramite cavo HDMI sulla porta HDMI earc.Come formato uscita digitale ho settato multicanale( bypass).Succede che ogni tanto nelle visioni di programmi stereo PCM l'audio salti per qualche secondo..Ho provato a staccare spina TV ma nulla.Ho notato che se metto uscita digitale solo multicanale,ricevo un suono dolby multi Channel pcm 2.0 e non salta...ma mi sembra di qualità inferiore, inoltre se lascio solo su multicanale non ricevo il dolby pro logic..che è migliore...quindi credo che l opzione migliore rimanga il multicanale beatstream che però ogni tanto mi fa saltare audio... soluzioni? Grazie mille

remote Controller S1 for android doesn't Play the whole queue

Hi,I have two questions after successfully resetting up my Play 1 after moving house:When I play my sonos radio stations, I cannot see the actual piece of music or program that is on the radio at the moment i can no longer control the volume on my device volume; I can only do this with the sonos slide control.are these things I have to get used to now?thank you 

Whilst my tv is playing through my arc speaker and shows on the app it is doing so then how do I play music on my roam and move using the app?

Ich habe in zwei Häuser eine Sonosanlge stehen. Bei der alten app musste ich mich nicht manuell abmelden und im zweiten haus mit dem anderen Konto anmelden, dies war immer gespeichert. Also je nach wlan am handy hat die app selbst gemerckt welcher user der richtig ist, jetzt muss ich abmelden und mit dem richten anmelden.

I have four Sonos speakers in my main setup. With this new app my wife and I both find it difficult to play music on a single speaker.  For instance it seems to default to my “Garage Speaker” and if I want to play music in my “Main Bathroom” it's cumbersome to get music to play because it always defaults to the Garage speaker. 

I just updated the new app and I cannot connect to my SiriusXM account. I tried three times and was authorized three times by SiriusXM but Sonos still will not connect to it.  Anybody have any suggestions?

Does anyone know of an alternative app that works with Sonos products. This new app is horrible. 

Please bin the new app and let me have s2 back. I mostly listen a premium radio station and now I am unable too, aswell as numerous other issues.

This update is missing a lot of features that were previously available. We use this in our gym to manage our Sonos system. After the update FitRadio no longer works as none of the genres, playlists or favorite artists/DJ’s are visible. Even after removing and reauthorizing the service. So a paid for service is worthless currently. Pandora is limited in functionality after the update as well. Not sure the purpose of this update but Sonos should provide an opportunity to roll back or fix asap. 

This sorry saga has all the hallmarks of an 'abusive relationship' including gaslighting, coersive control, mistruths and neglect.   It has to rank pretty high in the list of worst commercial practices ever.  NETFLIX will probably in time make a 6 part documentary out of this. 😁.Meanwhile, stay courageous as Sonos would want you to be 😁 

Is there a way to add a song or album to the que n the new Sonos app? The onlu option I see is to,replace the entire que.
