Bonjour, J'aimerais acquérir une nouvelle enceintes pour pouvoir écouter ma musique en Bluetooth. J'aimerais savoir si en utilisant le Bluetooth sur era 100 era 300 et move 2 on peut écouter la musique du téléphone sur le reste des enceintes ( one, one sl, arc, sub ) sonos via le Wi-Fi ?Merci. 

I recently bought a pair of SONOS ERA 100.I created a group for Sonos ERA 100 called “FrontERA100”I would like to know if I can include the sub on a seperate group? Is this possible when the sub is already assign to a different group called “TV Room” with a Beam and Play 1(2 rear) configured?OrI need to purchase another sub? Caused my end goal for music is just to listen ther SONOS Era 100 and Sub.

Hi everyone,I’ve got a TV mounted high up in the corner of my room (photo attached). I’m looking to add a Sonos soundbar, most likely the Beam (Gen 2), and possibly one or two Era 100s behind me for surround.Because of the corner position and the curtain/window nearby, I’m wondering: Would the Beam work well acoustically if mounted under the TV with a bracket? How much would the corner affect bass/Atmos? Are Era 100s behind the seating area a good idea for surround, and how should they be placed? I’d love to hear what others with similar setups recommend — whether I should stick with just a Beam, go Beam + rears, or even consider Arc instead - maybe even a sub? Thanks in advance!

Is there any plan to improve the Sonos App.  It just constantly does not work.  I have spent so much money on these speakers and the App has progressively gotten worse as the years go on.  It’s super frustrating building a system throughout your house using the Sonos platform and service getting worse and worse.  Awful. 

Hi!I just upgraded my old Playbar with an Arc Ultra. I learnt the hard way ☹️ that my old Play:3s cannot be used as surround speakers with the Ultra. Poor research; I only blame myself… So, I will buy a pair of 100s or 300s. Of course, I crave the better Era 300 with Dolby Atmos and am leaning towards buying those. In addition to films, series and watching sports, I frequently listen to music in this setup. However, the part of the living room where these will be placed is not very large; 3.5m from sofa to TV and approx. 2.5m between the sorround speakers. I think I will need to wall mount the speakers and there are not that much space around them. See attached picture.  Any thoughts on whether the Era 300 is «overkill» in this setup? I can afford them, but am of course not eager to throw away the money if the 100s will give more or less the same sound experience given the rather small space I will use them in.  

Hi!My speakers system right now is Arc, 2xEra 300 and Sub gen 3. I’m want to buy Arc ultra, and i thinking it is worth to take Sub gen 4?Someone know how it will be play with Arc ultra, 2xEra 300 and Sub gen 3 and Sub gen 4? Or better sell sub gen 3, and leave only sub gen 4?

Could SONOS also add a ‘default volume’ for ‘Home Theatre’ systems when the input is ‘TV’? AFAIK, all of these things are known to the system, so it should be possible.I’ve seen this discussed for over 10 years in various forms but I think this request is simpler and also necessary.TV’s have default volume settings for good reason - it is super useful!

Hello, the house has the Sonos Bridge for SonosNet with tons of Play:1 and Play:5 speakers along with Connect:AMP in SonosNet, which none of these devices are AirPlay 2 compatible.  Ok.Besides using the Sonos S1 app directly for Apple Music, i would like to see if i can use the Apple’s native Apple Music to stream music to the Play:1, Play:5 and speakers connected to Connect:AMP.  I’m looking for cost effective solution to create a “group” with AirPlay 2 compatible Sonos speaker with certain Play:1 speakers (as a starter) at a specific room, basement study room, so i can play from Apple Music app to this group.  Of course, i may need to adjust my groups depending on where i want to play music from Apple Music app to different parts of the house.  Total hack solution.Looks like the Roam 2 (cheapest that supports AirPlay 2) cannot connect to SonosNet.Can someone suggest “cheapest” way to create group using Sonos speaker (just one) with AirPlay 2 support, with existing (older non-AirPlay

Feature Request: Currently, for the Arc, there is no dedicated center channel nor controls. Additionally, when surrounds are used, the side-speakers of the Arc are disabled. I’d like to request the option to select simulated (current) or real surround. By real, I mean a dedicated center channel distinct from left and right channels. And when that option is selected, a wider sound stage can be achieved by NOT disabling the side-speakers. Call it ‘expert mode’ or something, but let US decide how to use the system as per our preferences and have tuning options for that.

Does this exist, if not can Sonos please make it. I would love to be able to save specific room settings  like base and surround volume. I like different settings when listening to different types of music. Would love to be able to save settings so I don’t have to constantly adjust.  

I’m planning to add a Sonos Arc Ultra mounted to an 85” TV in my large master bedroom. Off to the side of the bedroom, there’s a small covered patio where we are able to see the TV.I’d like to add a speaker on the patio so we don’t have to crank up the Arc Ultra just to hear the TV outside. I already have a pair of outdoor speakers on the patio powered by a Sonos Amp, but since that setup still runs on the Sonos S1 controller, I can’t integrate them with the Arc Ultra (S2-only). That’s fine — the Amp system will remain separate. The new Arc Ultra will be used only for the TV in the bedroom. The patio speaker would not be used as a surround, just grouped with the Arc Ultra for TV audio. I do have AC power available outside. Question: Which Sonos speaker would be the best choice for this setup? Should I go with a Sonos Five, or is there another speaker better suited for this? 

Hey everyone,I recently got a Sonos Era 100 and overall I really like it – great bass for the size and a pleasant sound.But I’ve noticed two things: The highs sound a bit muffled compared to the mids and lows, even after running Trueplay. It feels like the left tweeter is slightly weaker than the right, especially when I run left/right channel tests. Has anyone else experienced the same with their Era 100, or is this just my unit / room placement?I have already replaced the model believing it was a hardware issue 😅Thanks in advance for your feedback 🙏

Never fun to wake up one day and find Sonos doesn’t recognize any of your speakers. I have two Play:5 (Gen 1) speakers and two Play:1 speakers and all are running on the S1 app due to the Play:5s.None of them could be found by Sonos.  Unlike the S2 App Firewall message, there is no message other than no speakers could be detected. After hours of searching for answers and experimenting, I finally found a process that worked.A shout out to all you IT guys that say “Have you tried turning it off and then back on?”.  And by off, they mean unplugged…and by unplugged, they mean for 5 minutes. Unplug Modem and Router. Disconnect the Ethernet cable between Modem and Router. Let them sit for at least 5 minutes.  Unplug all speakers Plug in Modem, once completely rebooted, reconnect the Ethernet cable and  plug in Router  Starting with the Play:5, reset to factory settings by pressing the mute button while then plugging in the unit.  Keep mute button depressed until you see the alternating Orang

Sonos desperatly need to employ some specialist back end network connectivity engineers. The amount of time my systems just straught up dissapear from the sonos app just cooks me. Absolutly nothing wrong with my wifi network at all. Everything other device on the wifi works no issue. But sonos just cannot get it right. Spotify is about to launch lossless sound quality, I hope Sonos PlayBase can support. Sonos Playbase has not supported the lossless music of Apple Music, unfortunately.

How much have your senior team received in remuneration since your ongoingly atrocious app was ‘updated’?

After 10+ years and 18 current devices (and numerous others I sold so I could upgrade), I'm not sure this will be the solution going forward.  What drew me to Sonos in the first place was that it seemed committed to being “brilliant at the basics.”  However, if you can’t make the sound come out of the box in a consistent way after I hit a button, then THAT’S a problem.  I am not minimizing the challenge of doing this… I know it’s hard with corporate, shareholder, technology, tariffs, labor, blah blah.  But I bought this system exactly BECAUSE at one point it worked and you had this figured out.  And now it isn’t (at least not as well).  It’s a psychological barrier for me to overcome and move on, but I’m almost there.  I still believe this is a strong product and company, but if it can’t figure out something as simple as a mac controller (after 10 years of looking at the same interface), then I think I can move on. About to purchase arc ultra for its ability to offer clear voice and purchase wireless headphones as well- wondering if the two products could work together meaning that I have the headphones on listening to tv show so I can hear the vocals better but everyone else in the room can listen to the arc ultra? Or is it only one or the other? Listen to the tv show with the headphones or the arc? 

Hi, I would like to know your recommendations to clean the dust inside the sub mini. Can I use a soft cloth or something to clean carefully the speakers? They have a lot of dust in the bottom side of the speaker cones.Thanks!

 I recently noticed that Sonos has improved low-frequency response with a DSP update. I could really hear the positive changes while watching Dune 2. Is the discontinued sonos one sl compatible with sub 4? If not, is there a sub that is compatible? We have these in the garage and they sound great but I'm looking for a bit more deepness that I can feel.
