Sonos App - Unable to load pcdcr.dll

I get this error even after uninstall/reinstall of controller version 90.0-67300. I’m running Windows 11 25h2

I’m sorry to hear of this issue you are having with the Desktop app for Windows crashing on launch.

I recommend you get in touch with our technical support team who have tools at their disposal that will allow them to give you advice specific to your Sonos system and what it reports - they will be able to assist.

Wow, its been a long time since this old problem has been reported. I never did see a solution for it.
