Sonos desperatly need to employ some specialist back end network connectivity engineers. The amount of time my systems just straught up dissapear from the sonos app just cooks me. Absolutly nothing wrong with my wifi network at all. Everything other device on the wifi works no issue. But sonos just cannot get it right. How difficult is it to get some new firmware out to sort this s*** out.

How is your network different from mine? I and many hundreds of thousands of users are not having your issue.


Since you are sure it is not a compatibility issue between Sonos networking needs and what your local network is providing not much we users can do to help. A call to support is likely to lead to discussing local issues too so I won't suggest that. 

If you are willing to reconsider the fol,s here have a pretty good success rate. They fixed my "It canbe my network" problems and got my system working much better.
