Buen día comunidad Sonos , el sistema Sonos Beam 2 Gen cuando esta sin uso siempre queda con los led encendidos o hay algún método para apagarlos , o el sistema necesita estar siempre en espera? Gracias
I have a SONOS Move and there are two people in the house who use it. We have individual Spotify accounts, and I want us to be able to log in separately. Last week I was listening to spotify on my earbuds and she tried to listen on the SONOS and my playlist kept taking over the SONOS unit. How can I avoid this?
Buyed my Roam the 01/07/2021, worked good except for the sound stuttering constantly when scrolling Youtube on my phone. Now the product is completly unusable, turns itself off after a few minutes for no reasons, sometimes lower the volume despite having no volume limitation in the settings (happens with both my phone and computer).I tried doing the reset, changing settings like the surround or autoconnection but nothing worked.App is up to date, account connected, there’s no voice assistant linked.I sent a report after the shut down and restart so you guys can check what’s going on inside : 978345758
Hi All I wanted to make you aware of an experience I am having with both Sonos and Samsung. I am on my second Samsung tv (replacement q95t) and the following letter to CEO’s of both companies should explain. Be interesting to know if any members of this community are aware or have experienced these issues. Dear Patrick/Sang Ho Jo gwi-ha Apologies for the direct approach, however I must make you aware of a situation with regards to two of your companies top consumer products. I have been a loyal purchaser of both Samsung and Sonos products for a number of years now, and most recently have purchased your Sonos Arc Soundbar and Samsung Q95T television products. On receipt of these products, I have noticed a compatibility issue between the two aforementioned products around the eARC connectivity. Simply put, once eARC is enabled on the Samsung device, no sound is transmitted via the Sonos Arc. Once Disabled however, sound is apparent. From a samsung perspective, I have been iss
We have a surround system in the living room comprising a Playbar, 2x Play:5s and a Sub. I realise that Line In is disabled on the Fives in this mode. However, if I buy an additional Play:Five to hook up to a turntable via its own Line In, can I still add it as a separate Room, and therefore broadcast to other speakers throughout the house? And if so, would either generation Five work?I don’t really want to go to the expense of adding a Port or Amp, but any other/better suggestions welcome! Thanks in advance (Please be kind to a newbie :-)
I am getting distortion from my Move speakers with my Audio Technica turntable (has a preamp)Connection>AT turntable >Sonos Port (Line In) > Move x2 (Wireless connection)Also have to turn volume up to + 50 just to get a normal level any suggestions?
I can't group my Sonos Move to my Sonos 5 pair, is it possible?
Have has Sonos for 10 years with almost zero issues until the last year, but clearly because I have original Sonos 5 speakers I guess Sonos is just trying to screw my investment in their company! Over the last year about every couple of months we end up not being to play anything over speakers…Sonos app can detect all the speakers, just will NOT connect! I guess the only way to keep customers these days is to disrupt original product and try and make you purchase another $10 in product…if this is how this company (that I told everyone I knew to buy if they were in the market) and now just a sellout to corporate greed and shareholder vs good product and customer service…if only companies would look again at good products and customer service vs short term $$, but I guess that’s what investors are looking for these days and not caring about the customer is where it’s at!
How to use a Sonos Beam AND a Sennheiser headset with a new LG Smart TV.Many hard-of-hearing people use a Sennheiser wireless headset when they watch TV. (I use a Sennheiser RS 120-W.) These headsets allow a hard-of-hearing person to have their TV volume turned up high, while other people in the room can listen through regular speakers at a lower volume. A problem arises when a Sonos Beam user purchases a LG Smart TV (one of the most popular Smart TVs on the market). When a Sennheiser headset is plugged into a LG TV’s optical port (or any other LG TV audio port), the Sonos Beam simply stops working; other people in the room can no longer hear sound from the Beam. (They can only hear sound from the inferior LG Smart TV speakers.)(There’s a quick solution for cable subscribers, but I found it to be unacceptable. The earphone jack on the back of cable boxes has a place where headphones may be plugged in. This creates a real delay in sound (lip-sync issues) which I found to be supremely an
TLDR: What is the best way to enjoy albums given you already have an Arc and Sub? I have an arc and sub in our media room. I’ve recently gotten a port to attach our turntable, and am wondering about getting a more expansive sound. Broadly speaking, could I expect a pair of fives facing me, or a pair of ones behind me set up in a surround system to offer a better experience? I’m wondering if a pair of surrounds behind me would offer the same kind of stereo experience as speakers facing you, and if the sub and or arc would work with the fives, i.e. would I be losing bass if I ran the turntable through the fives.
The app works so bad it is unbelievable. How can a major company get away with this? The Apple music so called integration works really really bad! Any plans for a new ?
Hello, I have a client with two 70v in each of their restrooms that are run in series. We originally planned on using the Sonos speakers but were unaware of what’s currently there. Am I able to power 4 QSC AD-C6T speakers as shown below? Thank you in advance! I’m guessing that may run into issues with the fact that the output is stereo and that a Port is a better option but was hoping to not have to change our order. Thank you!
I have had various home theatre options over the years, starting with a Yamaha standalone amp with Mission speakers and for the last year LG SN11RG with Atmos etc. I very rarely notice any real movement of sound with perhaps the occasional tinkle from the rear speakers. My TV room has a chimney breast with an alcove to the left of the TV, a door to the right, textured ceiling above and an RSJ across the bay window where I normally sit to watch TV. Am I ever likely to experience moving sound. I have heard Sonos arc in a shop and it sounded great - but in my experience the room has more effect on the perceived surround sound than the speakers. Is there a way of loaning or renting the Sonos Arc to try out and see if its any better than what I have. My existing system sounds excellent specially for films with dolby Atmos but I am guessing a Sonos arc with a sub would probably sound at least as good. I do not want to purchase the Sonos only to find its not that different to what I already
Hello community I’m moving to a new house and planning to upgrade my sound system maybe to a somos 5.1.2 on my living room. The issue I’m facing i use a onkyo receiver 656 and many inputs connected to it and tv and projector on the output. With somos the sound bar just have one hdmi and I need to both tv and projectors working. I’ve spend sometime doing research but couldn’t find anything simple to. Does anyone has the same problem or have the solution for it?thanks in advance for any help.
I got a Beam + 2 One SLs to hook up to my JVC TV.The system sounds great but it simply would not wake up when the TV was switched on. All the HDMI CEC and TV Autoplay settings were correct etc. Only thing I could do to get it awake was reboot the TV each time (or unplug / replug the HDMI cable). Not ideal. But I think I’ve found a fix. Also attached to the TV (by HDMI) is a Sky Q box and an old DVD player (never used but using an HDMI port all the same) so, in the name of experimenting, I moved the Sky box from HDMI1 to HDMI3 (my eARC port is HDMI2 which obviously is where the Sonos is patched) and unplugged the DVD player completely. And now the Sonos system springs to life when I take the TV off standby.
Podcasts fromIphone App not showing up on Sonos controler How can I listen my podcast app (Iphone) on my sonos system

Hello everyone and thanks for all the great information on here.I’ve been using Sonos for many years so I’m using a Bridge, 2 x Connect:Amp, and a Play:1.My space and my home theatre set up are unique.I’m using Sonos for music playback (Tidal, Spotify) as well as my little home theatre with a big screen. The theatre space is built in the corner of a 25’ x 35’ shop with 16’ . We have a loft in one end, below which is 8’ open joist ceiling. Under the loft and in the corner is the living room with with a roll up 10’ widescreen and projector (and leather couch) where we watch movies. Are you with me so far? 😁Connected to the back of the projector is a Roku Express 4K video streaming stick. Auduo goes into the projector through Roku‘s HDMI and from the projector line-out to a Connect:Amp line-in. The Roku delivers “Dolby Audio™ and DTS pass through via HDMI®“. it’s all very compact which suits this small space well.I want to improve my theatre sound quality so I’ve been considering adding a
Have recently changed wifi routers. Followed the reinstall recs and seemed to have navigated that successfully…. except: When streaming from my Apple Music account (only), I seem to get sporadic skipping and ultimately an error message concerning the strength of my wifi. I do not have issues with Sirius, Sonos radio or streaming via a Bluetooth connection to my equipment. Thoughts?
My neighbor can connect to my Sonos speaker, intermittently. How can I prevent this?
Hi , I have a pair of FIVE speakers wired into a new turntable which works brilliantly. I want to operate a CD player alongside, can I do this without unplugging the turntable every time?
I am trying to stream Audible and Sonos won’t get past ~4:16 when I’ll get the error message ‘Unable to play ‘Audible’ access denied’. I will then restart Audible, it will play another 4:16 second and repeat the error, over and over.I called the Sonos 1-800 # and they said I was getting interference. I turned off my error network and this fixed the problem for about 24 hours. Now the issue is back.My other streaming services (Tidal, XM Radio) work fine and I’ve never had this issue. I’ve tried with a Sonos Roam in a different room and get the same problem. I’ve tried streaming Audible on my phone (not on Sonos) and I get past 4:16 easily, no problems. So, the issue has to be with Sonos. I’ve tried deleting the Audible access in the Sonos app and that didn’t solve anything.I’ve been using Sonos for 10+ years now and have never had a problem like this and am very frustrated.I’m using this with Alexa but the same problem happens when I use the S2 remote app.
