Hi ! I do have Sonos PlayBar under my tely , and i woul like to buy Sonos ARC , the point is that my Play bar mounted to my wall with Sonos wall mount ! And there is a holes already ! Any crossovers exist to Arc bar ?

They use different wall mounts as the playbar and arc mounting threads are different.
if you mean will the screw holes in the wall line up, I doubt it…. But as they would be hidden by the new mount, should be easy enough to fill and redrill new holes.
or I suppose you could drill the metal mount to match the old holes if really want to go down that path
