SOLVEDAll my devices disappeared from the app after a power outage. They are blinking orange and the app wants me to completely start fresh, which was a nightmarish experience to begin with.UPDATE: Second try at rebooting router did the trick. I have spent several days trying to add 4 speakers to the system.  Upon setting up the first Era 100 the set up takes me through the audio pin, it connects to the local network successfully but then the speakers don’t show up.   We have tried to restore to factory settings, unplugged and re-plugged in, followed all the suggestions online.   When you try to call Sonos support, there is ALWAYS an hour wait.  No one ever answers. The chat option says no representatives are available. When I reset the location it tells me there is representatives available. But then I end up chatting with a Sonos Bot who does not understand the issue and not helping to resolve.  

When playing on a stereo setup, I cannot add a second stereo set as this breaks the stereo pairing of the first set (right channel goes silent)

Why can’t I group speakers anymore?? Since the update when I try to group speakers I get “unable to connect. Try again” this new update has broken so much, can I roll back?

Can you pair an Era 100 and Move 2 and set them to stereo? if so, How.

Since the new Sonos app, life is hell with my Sonos. Cannot get my old speaker connected. Tried everything I think. Tried calling and gave up after 90 minutes.It finds the speaker on my android phone app but then says it's lost connection. I've reset it, I've hard wired it.Anyone have any ideas

Still waiting for the promised RMA Email after several calls and chats.  This is not a good service. Since one week I am in contact with Sonos. 

My Sonos ARC was updated today and since the update the sound cuts out (not small drops, full drop).  The App shows it is receiving a signal and the volume can be raised and lowered.  The problem is nothing is coming out of the speaker.  The TV shows it connected, and the ARC shows a connection.It is using 80.00.05-release+20240510.78d060bNot sure what else to do??? 

Right out of the box, first my Beam Gen 2 was found by the app but it couldn’t connect to my WiFi. Then the app stopped being able to find it at all. I did a factory reset of the Beam. 

I have loved our Move, but tonight around 2 hours playing time and the battery light is flashing. We keep it on the cradle so iit should be fully charged and last for hours longer. Has something changed? Any recommendations to fix?

I keep updating my Sonos products successfully and then I keep missing them completely from the list of products, empty.Repeated 4 times. Frustrated 4 times.

I bought a secondhand Sonos one and I have tried updating it, but it will not connect to the temporary Wi-Fi network that they have set up therefore, I cannot connected to my Wi-Fi

Hi, Im about to buy two Sonos Five to make a stereo pair. I’m just wondering where to place them. The room is quite large. I’ve attached a video. Hi I have recently update our router and cannot find the Ethernet cable for my Play 1 Sonos meaning I can’t get it to reconnect. Trying to do the connection via tge app doesn’t seem to work.Can anyone tell me what type of Ethernet cable I need to get please? I’m in the UK.Thank you. 

My products are added to my profile, but at the top of the profile in the app it says “not connected”. My phone is connected to the wifi, as is each product. But it seems my overall Sonos system is not… please help 

Hello,I had problems with my Sonos system so I reset the speakers, deleted the Sonos app and reinstalled it. I have added my Play 5 gen 2, my Sub and my playbar and it works fine. What does not work anymore is that it is not possible to adjust the volume on the playbar with the TV's remote control. It has always worked before. Playbar and TV are connected with optical audio cable. It works to regulate the volume with the Sonos app on the phone, but it is far too cumbersome. Can someone help me? Best / Frederick

Totally new to Sonos.. Had a ROAM supplied with a new caravan today  Got it home to connect to the Internet and the app says I need to do an update.OK... Go to "update" and get a message saying problem checking for updates. I cannot go back to the main dashboard.I have uninstalled the app.I have rebooted the intenet/wifi/app/speaker I cannot use it at all as I can't get passed the update problem.. 

My products atm cant be found, i have switched router, and it found my daughters ray, but it cant find my soundbar, sub and two speakers, been having trouble for 2 years, dont feel the company of sonos is all that helpful either.

I was using my Play 1s in a stereo pair under S1 App, they kept disappearing and twice I had to factory reset to get them to reappear. This happened again recently and I have been unable to add them back in.I had resisted moving to S2 App as I had an older Connect which was not S2 compatible. Having recently removed this and replaced with another (non-Sonos device) I decided maybe S2 would sort my Play 1 problem. How wrong could I be. Now I can get to a stage where I see there is a Play 1 device to configure and go through the steps until it tells me I need to update the device. (BTW it won’t connect via ethernet will only be seen if disconnected from wire network) I proceed and it askes to set up temp wireless connection and starts the update process, I can see from my phone that it is connected to a temp wireless network and uses 4G to connect to the Internet, Play 1 has flashing green light. After about 30 minutes the Play 1 starts to flash orange and my phone is reconnect

Is there any way I can connect a bluetooth record player to my symfonisk speaker through the sonos app?

Hi everyone,I have in my house a system with a playbar in the living room and other Sonos connect amp, play 5 and Sonos one around the house. Controller all of them with the app Sonos S1. Today I bought 2 Sonos One (2nd generation) and a sub mini. The Sonos One can work with the Sonos app and the old Sonos S1 (like my old Sonos Playbar), and the sub mini works only with the Sonos app. So I had thought to use the Sonos app to set up a system only for the living room, for the home theatre, with my old Playbar and the new Sonos One and the sub mini. When I try to set up a new system it does not detect my playbar. Does it mean I have to delete from my existing system the playbar? I hoped I could keep it there. So I want to watch a movie I just start the new Sonos app. And If I want to synchronise music around the house, I just start the old Sonos S1 app and control the playbar and the new Sonos One. Can I do th

Is it possible to connect a speaker from 1 gen like play 5, to a speaker of gen 2 like the Ikea lamp?

I want to restore speaker to factory default or show me how to connect to new WiFi

I am sure I am going to get the same answer from what I have read, but has anyone had any luck at all with a dead Gen 2 Play 5? I have 2 of them and neither will factor reset at all. Completely useless now. I can’t get them to connect at all. Wired or not. They are just gone and won’t reset. Has anyone had any luck fixing this or gotten any support from Sonos aside from their BS refurbished replacement?
