As part of an internet network upgrade my network changed names and my Sonos system is no longer recognised. Just to to confirm that I will need to do a factory reset on all products. They are connected by Wifi
I have more than 15 Sonos devices and the new app has been a huge frustration. three subs had disappeared and I tried adding them on but goes into an infinite loop to restart system and restart app, not registered, not assigned errors.After waiting on phone for 2 and half hours I hung up. Waited on the online chat today for over an hour, finally got someone to help..after multiple restarts and network reboots, still could not connect. Was finally told it is a known issue and they are working on it!. Shocked Sonos released something like this untested. Very disappointed.

I got a new router- tp link ax3000 pro. Now I can’t use app and connect to all sonus products. No problem with my old router (Netgear). I’ve downloaded new app and reset ARC. Also reconfigured new router via technical assistance from TP link. Sonus assistance has a wait time of two hours. Sigh. Any help would be appreciated.
Hi, I’ve purchased a Sonos five today, and I’ve followed all the steps to try and set it up. I literally can’t get past the “getting your Sonos five ready”point? I’m literally going insane. I’ve had the speaker nearly 5 hours now and I’m still yet to hear what it sounds like. I’m trying to connect with my iPhone but it keeps saying connection was lost. Any help is appreciated. I’ve tried Ethernet, resetting my router etc…thanks
At 3am the Arc in our bedroom does an auto update and the WHITE LIGHT is neon bright waking us up LOL. We have the Status Light turned off normally. But for updates its a 5 minute FLASHING white and orange dance party. Can we disable this???thanks

After updating to the new Sonos App, I can no longer play to my Play 1 speakers. I have to connect to my Sonos Beam 1st then I can connect to the Play 1 Speakers. But I can’t control the volume on the Play 1 Speakers, only the Beam.any ideas?
I got 2 brand new era 100’s delivered yesterday and tried to connect them to my system which has an arc and now my app isn’t connecting to anything, been on the phone to Sonos support for 2 hours and 15 minutes going round in circles. Fed up, clearly a Sonos problem with their new app update. Get if fixed now
HiMy era 300 shows up on the system list however it will not play any music at all through the Sonos app.I’ve connected to it with Bluetooth and that does work.I’ve tried playing music through the app with just the era 300, tried it grouped with other speakers but no luck so far. My Era 300 suggested firmware update today.Sonos release notes say that version 80.00.04 has been released 5/13 and adds lossless audio support for Apple Music (Release notes for Sonos software updates | Sonos).Lossless Apple Music is something what I definitely want to get ASAP but at the same time I want to stay on the old 16.1 Android app until Sonos fixes all the issues with the latest mobile app version.So before I proceed with FW upgrade to 80.00.04, I need to make sure that it will work flawlessly with the 16.1 Android app.Can someone of Sonos staff confirm whether they are compatible, or does the new FW 80.00.04 require the new 80.0 mobile app?
I have recently moved into a house with Sonos system so I did a reset successfully but now it won’t pic up on the wifi, I have successfully connected via Ethernet cable but this isn’t practical.
Since the last update systems becomes more slow then it was before. Even when I connect one of my Play3 speakers by cable to my SonosHub it is super bad. It takes about 20 seconds before I see what song is played or I can not use the app and the display freezes. My girlfriend uses the older version of the app on the same system in out house and doesn't have these problems. Please provide us with a new update en please TEST IT BEFORE YOUR RELEASE IT !!! Hay I’m using the era 300 and all the time I have an disconnect problems in the airplay and the Bluetooth it’s showing me that’s the music is running but I can’t hear anything and it’s keep going all day longthank you for helping 🙏🏼
I’ve got 3 Sonos SL’s in our office, all connected to WiFi which is accessible to the company office LAN on one subnet. All the client machines are connected via Ethernet to another VLAN but can discover and connect to the Sonos devices just fine.I just had to change our WiFi password, and re-set them up from scratch as they’ve been running untouched for a few years now. When they came back online and ran its firmware updates I now suddenly find the client cannot see the Sonos speakers from the other subnet although I can ping them no problem.Only when I connect to the same subnet can they be discovered.I can only assume the firmware update has changed the ability for them to be discovered across subnets so this is a pain as we have machines on different subnets depending on the role they play in the office.Anyone know anything about this and any known solutions?

Its so disappointing to buy a brand new product that just won't work I was already on hold for 40 minutes and was cut off and now the phone line is 50 + mins wait again. I bought a Sonos era 100 The Sonos 1 app can recognise the product. The Sonos 2 app repeatedly tells me to go to my setting and switch on local network permissions on my iPhone. I go to the settings and these settings are already on. I cannot understand why it refuses to see it. My wifi on the iPhone and Sonos box are the same. I have reset factory settings on Sonos. I have deleted and re-downloaded app and signed in. I have reset router. I have tried everything
Dear Sonos What on earth are you people smoking over there? I just wanted to change the wifi network on my system. Apparently, that’s beyong the reach of your great new app. I have to factory reset all of my speakers and lose EVERYTHING in my setup. Very annoying, but hey.. if it works, I’ll get on with it.Unfortunately, it doesn’t end there.Your new app is as competent at adding speakers to a new system than I am to doing open heart surgery while asleep and using a spoon.After a lot of swearing and retries, our magical new Sonos app eventually manages to add one speaker. To get that far I had to transfer MY OWN SYSTEM to MY OWN NEW SYSTEM.. which it refused to do for the first few tries.But hurrah, I have a new system with one speaker, on the same Sonos account. Hi, Is anyone else having a problem adding the new Sonos amp to there Sonos App? Keeps telling me to try again later which is frustrating as I have just had the Sonos ceiling speakers fitted and want to test these out.
I am trying to connect a used Sonos one to my Sonos system I can see it on the app (I have the new just released 2024 app) and it makes all the right noises and everything works even assigning the speaker to a room until registering when it says:There was a problem adding your Sonos One to your system. Try again laterSonos one is not registered I’ve rebooted the Sonos one, rebooted the router, turned my iPhone on and off, then factory reset the Sonos one and even connected with an Ethernet cable to the router but it always stalls at the same point - it takes an age ‘Linking your Sonos one to your account’ then always the same result: There was a problem adding your Sonos One to your system. On the Era100, is it normal for the voice service LED to be too dim? I mean, during the day, it's not possible to see its status, and at night, it's barely noticeable
