I don’t understand. Isn’t the serial number (to extract the MAC address) on the speaker itself and/or the box?

Correct, however its a 13 digit number.. MAC is only suppose to be 12 i belive.. So my question is, do I remove the last digit? Or is there another way to find the MAC?

Yes, it’s simply the first 12 digits.
