Why are my volume controls no longer syncing?
why do my Sonos randomly turn on and off at random times of the day and night….scared the bejeezus out of us
what is going on?

Presumably when you go to Settings - Manage - Alarms, you don’t have any alarms set..?
Go to Settings - Manage - System Updates - Check for Updates, and ensure you’re on the latest firmware.
Then go to your device’s App Store and ensure you have the latest version of the app. (There is a new iOS version out today.)
It might not help specifically, but you never know.
