Hey everyone,Currently I’m having an issue with my Arc SL. Right now it is stuck on the white flashing light and won’t factory reset or hard reset, even after being directly connected to my router. Already did a reset on my router with it directly connected. Tried all different types of resets, but it won’t reset or show up in the app. I’ve even left it alone unplugged from any power for a few days.Currently don’t have any of my other Sonos products connected to the network, just looking to start with having the Arc back online.Sonos diagnostics: *************Moderator edit: recorded and removed diagnostics number (identifying information)

Literally the most important thing my Sonos does (did) is let me play my surround sound on my Samsung tv with soundbar, sub, and two ones. Now it is almost impossible to do that. When I try to play both together, it just says “No Music: Que is Empty.” Why is this now so difficult? The new upgrade appears worse in every way, and I don't even know what the upside was supposed to be.

I have a Sonos arc, Sub (Gen3) and two Era 100 speakers configured as a home theater with surround sound.  I bought a third Era 100 speaker only for the purpose of connecting a line-in from my Raspberry Pi so that I can play music from the Pi over to the Sonos home theater, since I cannot connect a line-in directly to one of the surround sound speakers.  However, it still won't work.  The line-in Era 100 speaker plays the music from the Pi but I get a "cannot connect. Try again later" type error message when I try to sync with the home theater.  Please help and thanks!

I recently watched “Outer Range” on Prime. Although it says on the banner than it has Dolby Atmos, for some reason it wasn’t showing Atmos on my Sonos App. It was showing PCM. When I turned off the Atmos on my Apple TV, the sound badge changed to Dolby MAT 5.1. I’d never seen that before and I haven’t been able to find much about it. Is that an Atmos codec? I usually get PCM 5.1, Dobly Digital, or Dolby Digital Surround if not Atmos. Anyone know about Dolby MAT?

I have the following gear:-Sonos Arc, Era 300 (two of them), and the Sonos Sub-Sony VPL-XW5000ES 4K HDR Laser Home Theater Projector-Apple TVAs the members know, b/c the projector lacks eARC, not compatible in terms of audio.I believe the conventional wisdom is to use the “Hd Fury Arcana,” however I’m concerned I’ll lose some sonos audio functionality.I stumbled upon the Sony STR-AN1000 during my research.I know it’s pricey but wondered if this setup is pricey.Thank you to the community!

So I bought a new beam generation 2 yesterday (2 hours for it to connect to the TV and true play doesn't work obviously) I'm going to sell the old beam generation 1 and I've reset it to factory reset. The beam generation one is still showing up however on the Sonos account it was registered to. There doesn't seem to be any way to unregister it. If the new owner sets up this beam isn't it going to think that it's still registered under my account? Thanks very much. I did try googling this but t

Our Sonos Beam sound bar suddenly stopped putting out sound/audio. It is connected to our Samsung smart TV via HDMI. It is connected and the TV recognizes it that it’s connected. But no sound. 

Hi guys, I’m trying to get all my settings right to get best sound for 4K UHDs using ps5.Does it matter if I use LPCM/Dolby/Atmos within ps5 settings? I can’t tell much difference and I’m not sure if there’s one correct option? Atmos was added for games some time ago, can I just use it for blu ray discs too?Within bluray settings I have audio set to bitstream, but again I can’t tell much difference if any when changing audio within ps5.Lastly, am I supposed to be getting TrueHD at all when watching compatible movies? My Sonos app shows Dolby atmos on LPCM/Dolby but does that mean I’m getting THD? Which then adds to my confusion if the ps5 setting matters at all if they all output atmos?On TV I have EARC on and sound set to bypass.    

I have a SONOS Ray with 2 ERA100 speakers. The tv remote (amazon fire stick as well as the tv remote itself) only controls the Ray and not the rear speakers. Anyone know what the issue may be? Terribly disappointed with SONOS support. It is nonexistent. Even the chat is nonexistent - only a bot is available it’s of no help.

I purchased an Arc, Sub, and two Era 100s on June 1, 2024.  I was able to get the Arc and Eras added to my home.  I can play music through the speakers and Arc, and I can get my TV audio coming through the Arc.  When I go to set up the Eras as surround speakers, the app says that the system needs to be restarted.  When I click the restart button, it says to close the app and come back in a few minutes.  I do that, and nothing happens.  When I reopen the app many minutes later, hours later, days later, it doesn’t matter.  It keeps telling me the system needs to be restarted.  It’s the same deal when I try to make the Eras a stereo pair.  I’m stuck in a perpetual loop and am unable to use my system the way it’s intended to be used.I also set up my sub and it says that it needs to be assigned to a room, but when I go to do that, it gets into the same restart loop, so I can’t connect my sub to my system.Please help!

Considering upgrading Playbar to Arc but I have an Artex ceiling. Will I benefit from Dolby Atmos?

I have a brand new ray, and I followed the instructions and hooked in the optical audio cable to the back of the ray and into the audio output on my TV. I’ve been try to use the app to have it read that particular thing and it won’t read it, and I can’t therefore set up my, remote control to control the sound. I’ve unhooked and re-hooked it several times and yet I still can’t figure out what else I might need to do to get it to work. Any recommendations would be helpful. I’ve been on hold with the Sonos technical support for an hour now.

I’ve been using my Sonos Arc, Sub and One SLs just fine for quite a while and now suddenly when I use the volume control on the TV it no longer controls the Sonos system volume. I can still control the Sonos volume manually by using the controls on the Ones, and the volume control on the TV speakers work fine when I take the HDMI out.Any idea how to troubleshoot?

I just setup my system and attempt to play Jack Ryan on Amazon Prime to experience the Dolby Atmos effect, but status remains Digital Plus 5.1My TV model code is Samsung QN65Q60RAFXZC and I have Dolby Atmos compatibility is ON.Appreciate any insight!  

I recently bought a Beam gen 2 and one Era 100 to setup in my new apartment. The Beam is, of course, connected to my TV, which is new, with an HDMI cord (earc). The Era 100 is sitting on the otherside of the room and will be uses together with the beam but mostly as a stereo for my vinyl player. Both is connected wireless to the WiFi So to my problem:When playing music with my phone the two speakers works fine together without any disruptions. BUT, when I play music from the TV or using the tv in general, the sound from the Era 100 bounces. It’s like every other sentence or beat is chopped. I have tried restarting both of the speakers, even to manufacturing mode and reinstalling them. The WiFi is good, 250 up 250 down. I have tried placing the Era 100 in different places and rooms, updated both of them, tried disconnecting the Beam and reinstalling it. Tried every soundchannel in the tv (Dolby digital, Dolby digital plus and so on). The last thing I did was going to the store I bought

I just bought a Beam 2 to pair with my Sony X900E TV via eArc. I want to watch movie using the Sonos speaker and use the TV speaker for normal TV programs. I wonder if there is a voice command to switch between the speakers smoothly.

I cannot separate my Amp and ARC in the App. It defaults to the Amp, and if I try to turn off the Amp, the Arc will not play. Always defaults to the Amp 

I have a very weird problem. Sometimes when i watch youtube on my smart tv and then go back to PS5 some of the sound effects on the PS5 stops working. For example footsteps and swordswings in a video game. And when i look in the app is says "Pcm 2.0" instead of "Pcm 5.1" like it said before switching to youtube.It will not switch automatically like it did before. Weird thing is if i for example watch and dolby atmos 5.1 video on youtube and THEN switch to ps5 the sound works just fine and then app says "Pcm 5.1" again.I have been in contact with sonos support and sent a diagnostic but they couldnt find any problem with the system. And this problem seems to only occur when switching source to PS5. Anyone had a similar problem?

After the latest Sonos update (16.1) my rear surrounds and sub mini were disconnected and I cannot get them reconnected and working again (my beam has been unaffected somehow?). Sometimes it finds them and says they're connected but they don't work and then disconnect almost immediately. Sometimes it just will not find them at all. I've tried all the ideas suggested in app, disconnecting the power adapters, rebooting the router etc. I also have tried reinstalling the app and setting up as a new system but nothing seems to solve it. I even tried rolling back to the previous version of the app but it wouldn't let me connect any new devices without updating it! I'm sort of out of ideas now System: 2x One SL rear speakers, sub mini, beam gen1. Connected by eArc to LG B2 TV

I have a simple system with a Beam G2 and two Era 100’s.Since the latest App update it has been difficult to get the speakers to connect again and when they are working they intermittently cut off and the sound profile changes (sound comes from only the sound-bar and the the rear-speakers and then back again).I also seem to have lost the option of switching to night mode and speach enhancement… 

I am wondering, what would be the most recomended placement for two(2) gen 3 subwoofers, four(4) era 300 speakers, and the sonos arc. Room is aproximantley 15 x 16.Obviously,  i put the arc under the tv, on a sound bar holder. i beleive the other most recomended option is 2 era 300 on back wall, left and right. I am just perplexed as to where should my other componensts should go as to not cancel out any frequencies and have the best perfermance.My general use is for movies and video games, ocasioanl music also upon the cleaning times.Any help would be awseome. So far on youtube i seen the setup fpr 2 gen 3, but no era 300

I have lost all system settings and Sonos system no longer recognizes my speakers.  This seemed to occur with the recent App update 

I had automated updates enabled and the rest of my system has successfully been upgraded to build 16.2 but the Bean Gen 2 has failed.The Beam Gen 2 is stuck with the alternate flashing Red and White lights which indicate a failed update. I can no longer see the system in the app.I have tried the following without success.Reboot the device Reset to Factory Settings Unplug for 24 hours and reboot| Changed from wireless to direct ethernet connection (via Eero)Anything else I can try? Product support in the UK are offline currently despite being working hours. The system is less than a year old.

 My Sonos app is showing that everything I play via my External HDD through my android TV is playing in Dolby Digital plus 2.0. I'm positive it used to play 5.1 with video that supported it and I have the speakers. I've enabled pass through on my TV and Kodi and checked a film on Netflix to see if it shows up as Atmos or 5.1 and it does. I'm also using the Arctic Zephyr skin if that causes any issues. Can anyone help?
