Playbar connects but 2 Play:1 speakers do not

After the update earlier this year, I couldn't connect my 2 Play:1 speakers to my home theater system. Only the Playbar works. I tried resetting to factory default and setting up as new, nothing will work. Any suggestions?

Why was it necessary to (I assume) re-connect your Play 1’s to your Playbar or were they never connected as surrounds?

After the app update, they had stopped working so I reset them and now I can't get them reconnected. Today, the Sonos app is telling me "an update is required for my Sonos products to work correctly" but nothing happens when I select Start Update.

Now, it's allowing me to hit that Update button but it says it's complete then just keeps asking to update, around and around, never stops...ugh

I suggest you unplug your Sonos devices and reboot your router. After the router does back make sure your device is up-to-date. Plug in your Sonos devices. Delete the Sonos app and reinstall it. When prompted select “join an existing system”. Let us know the outcome.
