I use my iPhone Roku remote to control my Roku tv. All the features work on the regular remote. I downloaded the Roku app on my iPhone and use that remote also. The volume control does not work on the iPhone remote. I guess there is a compatibility issue. Is there a fix?

To control what Sonos device? How is that Sonos device connected?
It seems like you’re asking the Sonos community about an issue with the Roku remote application not controlling your Roku TV?

Your soundbar - Playbar - only accepts InfraRed remote commands. Therefore, no app for your iPhone can possibly control your Playbar, as - as far as I know - no iPhones have IR emitters fitted. I highly doubt that there is a fix for this, but it is not technically impossible - you would need a IR blaster that can connect to your iPhone’s port, and an app that could address it as well as performing the tasks you require. It is a longshot, to say the least.
