Which TVs support automatic lip sync with the ARC Ultra. (I just bought the Arc Ultra and now I am trying to buy a TV to fit it! The contenders WERE the 98” Samsung, Sony, LG and TCLs. None support anything other than “Manual” sync adjustment --- Bad solution, lip sync is different on every network, channel and device.I am a perfect customer: Sonos Arc Ultra first, now go find a TV! Please support my support! Post a list.Instead of working backward one TV at a time, can you supply a list of the above and then I will buy one.I am going on about 20 hours of research, not 1 TV claims that Automatic Lip Sync is a feature supported. Don’t use CoPilot for this question! It is the first time that I have seen CoPilot get a question of mine wrong!!!

Hello dear community.I am coming from a full Beam 2 setup with Ones and Sub 3. Got Ultra a week ago and would like to share a few thoughts/questions. I will not get into the details but had to sell my full Beam setup some time ago and Ultra standalone is my new toy :) Has OG Arc always been so “trebly”?Treble on the Ultra seems to be very pronounced. Depends on the content of course but sometimes it is almost sibilant with Trueplay or not. For reference - i just got single Era 300, put it in the same room, same place. I had to dial treble on the Ultra to - 6 for it to sound like Era 300 on defaults. Don’t get me wrong i love treble and i even add a few notches on my car stereo but this is excessive. My room is not an echo chamber either.Does adding a Sub and full set of rears help with sound signature on the Arc?This is very surprising, never had it with Beam.Trueplay.Quick tune is awesome, really. Hi, I have a Sonos ray connected to 2x Sonos era100 connected as surround sound the rear audio continues to stutter I have changed distance settings as found in other posts which makes no difference is there something simple that I’m missing? 

We bought our 1st Sonos product, the ARC Ultra and wondered if it is OK to not wall mount.

I was wondering if it’s possible to add a pair of Sonos Ones to my existing home theater setup. I currently have the below 3.1 setup, ideally I’d like to add the pair of Ones for a 5.1Current setup - Sonos Arc, Amp (powering 2 rear Sonos in ceiling speakers), Sonos SubIf it is possible, how do I add it to the existing setup via the app? The app makes it seem as if I can only add additional in ceilings (see attached screenshot). If it’s not possible, would adding an additional pair of in ceilings be the path of least resistance for what I’m looking to achieve?

Hi all here.I have a Sonos Ray speaker that I’ve set up and connected to my system. I’ve also paired the remote control with the Sonos system, and it should now be able to control the volume up and down. The TV is a new LG 43" 4K LED TV (model 43UT91006LA). Although it was challenging, I managed to connect the remote control to the Sonos Ray multiple times. However, the system still isn’t able to adjust the volume. I have a setup with HomePods 2 connected as a Stereo Pair to AppleTV. But I need a bit more bass.Can Sonos Sub or SubMini provide me that extra bass I’m looking for. Can they connect directly or will I need to use a bridge like Belkin SoundForm Connect using AirPlay2 to connect. As I do not have the option of Apple AirPort Express which seems to be the best solution and was suggested by many online. 

Hello,I have a Sonos Arc Ultra and am looking to set up 2 rear surround sound speakers for it. Unfortunately the back of my room is difficult from a power wiring perspective so I’m thinking of using non Sonos speakers that don’t require power. I would buy an Amp to connect them into the Sonos system but just wanted to confirm if I would be able to set them up as rear surrounds under this setup? Or does it require purchasing Sonos speakers? I had to come here and let it be known. I just replaced the hdmi cable that came in the box with the arc ultra, with a high quality fiber optic HDMI e-arch cable; and the decrease in audio onset is very noticeable. I’d say the onset reduction is no less than 3/4ths (probably ~3/8ths) of a second. But significant none the less. Let it be known this took place on the the ultimate immersive set with the arc ultra.  

I have Sonos era100 and mini sub I want to connect to my ceiling mounted EPSON CO-FH02 projector. What do I need to complete this? 

  I have an LG BX OLED TV and a Beam connected via HDMI ARC, and I also use Sony Bluetooth headphones. Every time I try to play TV audio through Bluetooth, it switches back to ARC after 2 seconds. The only solution I’ve found is to physically disconnect the HDMI cable from the Beam, but that’s obviously not ideal. Turning off HDMI-CEC (Simplink on LG TVs) has been suggested, but it doesn’t really solve the problem because Simplink and HDMI-CEC keeps reactivating automatically. This forces me to go into the connection menu repeatedly to disable it, which is frustrating. The fact that this issue persists after years is unacceptable. The Beam and the TV keep prioritizing ARC, completely ignoring the user’s preference to play audio through Bluetooth. It’s infuriating that neither LG nor SONOS has addressed this problem properly. If I want to use Bluetooth headphones to avoid disturbing others in the room, I shouldn’t have to deal with my soundbar reconnecting to ARC and blasting sound at f

Upgrading my surrounds with ERA 300 (already purchased, with the Sonos wall mounting brackets).I have included a photo of my rear wall, which the couch is against and includes a large window.Does anyone have placement tips?  

Hi allI’m looking for some advice on a home cinema set up.I’ve got a set of old KEF Egg 2001.3 surround speakers and subwoofer, which was linked to an Onkyo receiver.  I bought the system in 2011 ish, and recently upgraded our TV so has made the Onkyo redundant.I am a big Sonos fan, have an Era 300, 3 Sonos One’s and a Roam around the house, and wondering what to do with getting better home cinema sound.Replace the Onkyo receiver with a newer AVR which has Dolby atmos, HDR etc - I’ve had a recommendation for a DENON Receiver for around £379 Add the PORT to then connect the set up to Sonos Get a Beam now, and then look to upgrade my set up with Era 100s and Sonos sub, and get rid of my existing KEF speakers and Onkyo receiver.Our living room with TV isn’t a huge space (around 4m x 4m), so don’t think we need the higher end Sonos stuff.  If I did 3 - is it worth keeping the KEF subwoofer and would this work with Sonos, or is it better to just sell it with the speakers and get a Sonos sub

Hiya,I’ve just bought a sony blu-ray ubp-x800m2 and can’t get my Beam2 to pick up any sound. I’m using the hdmi2 output into the back of the beam and the hdmi1 output goes into my projector. Any ideas as to what I can do?

Hey everyone. So I wasn't sure how best to set the sky streams output settings with the Ray? Soundbar only, no surrounds or sub.The output options are dolby digital, pcm, or passthrough. I can't decide what's best as a true stereo representation of the output of sky stream box. Anyone else have one set up? CheersAndy 

The ray have the IR-sensor underneath….WTF!?! So stupid. Design is more important than functionality… im forced to put my Sonos Ray with the speaker pointing to my roof….🤯And if you have Samsung the frame with tv module in a cabinet beneath the tv the remote doesn’t work anyway. My god…No aliens has influenced this product, that’s a fact. So stupid… 

I recently set up a Sonos Arc Ultra with two Sonos One speakers as a surround system. However, I'm experiencing an issue where the sound from the rear speakers cuts in and out when playing music. I've tried reconnecting the speakers and rebooting the router, but the problem persists. Any suggestions on how to fix this? It's quite annoying to hear the music cutting in and out from behind me. 

I am planning on getting a Sonos Arc Ultra and two Era 100s for surround. My TV only has an ARC input, not an eARC. Will I still be able to get Dolby Atmos, and will I be losing something by not having eARC?THANKS!

How do i access the sonos arc menu

Anyone else experiencing the same issue? Multichannel PCM 5.1 blanks out for a second every 1-2 minutes. I don’t think it’s a bandwidth issue as it works flawlessly with Multichannel PCM 7.1 (thorough test) and Dolby TrueHD Atmos (quick test). And it may have been caused by the Sonos 14.10 update. Setup is PS5→ LG C1→ Beam 2 (via earc). 2 weeks ago before the 14.10 update, I watched a bluray film wherein I had my PS5 transcode the DTS-HD MA 5.1 audio to Multichannel PCM 5.1 (as the C1 does not support DTS) and had no issues. Earlier today, I played a bluray film for the first time in 2 weeks and I encountered consistent audio dropouts every 1-2 minutes. It had the same setup where DTS-HD MA 5.1 → Multichannel PCM 5.1. I tested other bluray discs including the one I watched 2 weeks ago and they all now have the same issue. Curiously, I’ve been gaming heavily on my PS5 the past two 2 weeks and haven’t had any audio issues.
