We have been more than patient. Younsold us these headphones with two big selling points...the audio swapping with our home entertainments systems and truecinema. You ha e been silence forever on the truecinema and now have removed it from the web page. Removing it doesn't make you not reliable to give us what you soldnus on. Knock off the Ultra updates and put priority to devices you sold half a year ago and have not made whole yet. A class action lawsuit sure as hell isn't going to help your image.
Hi all. I cannot connect my Sonos ACE (actual version: 3.1.5-2323a694e) to my LG C4 (WebOS version 23.20.38).Can someone tell if it is not posible? I don't have a sonos soundbar. Thank you very much. Regards,
HiProbably a stupid question, but can I pair Ace headphones to an Era 100 to stream music from my own library?TIAMark
Since the last app update, I can no longer check for uodatws to my Ace Hesdphones. It just sits on "checking for uodatw" indefinitely. I have cleared the cache, rebooted the headphones, rebooted the phone, etc. Still the same thing. Anyone else experiencing this?
I am using Sonos Arc and know that Sonos Ace can be connected via a smartphone. However, if I connect another smartphone, can it pair with a separate Sonos Ace so that two people can listen simultaneously using headphones?
I'm thinking about buying the Sonos Ace, but I want to know if I can use them directly connected via USB-C to my PC and if they charge at the same time.Currently, I have the Bose 700, and one of the things that frustrates me the most is exactly this, they can't be used while charging.
HiCan anyone answer how headphones and soundbar work together? If I have headphones on what is the point of having the soundbar on too??
Hello,I have had pairs of Sony and Bose and AirPods Max. The Sonys and Bose give off this really annoying popping sound when going over bumps in the car. I know this is unfortunately common in some ANC headphones, but I am in the car a ton and the noise bothers my ears. Does the Sonos Ace do this?? if not I will return my Bose and get them. The AirPods Max do NOT do this and I’ve had them for 3 years. Thank you!
I was waiting for the Ace launch to buy my new headphones, but because of the App fiasco + the fact the Ace are not integrated with my Sonos system I decided to buy a new pair of Beats Solo 4. I’m totally happy with my purchase, I always loved Beats and I prefer their design. If I wanted noise cancellation I would have gotten the AirPods Max, and I already have AirPods Pros. I am not sure why I would have got the Ace as they don’t integrate with my Sonos system which is probably the only reason I was waiting for the Sonos headphones. I’m also starting to develop a habit of going to Spotify to play my music instead of the Sonos App and sending it to my Sonos speakers. It just works (Spotify App) while the Sonos App makes me want to throw my phone on the wall just to select the zone I want to play in. I think you got it right if you wanted to start over from 0 and kill your loyal user base. I have more than 20 Sonos speakers in my 3 homes, I have Move, Roam, Arc and every single Sonos pr
What's the hold up? Supposed to be updating the Ace headphones by the end of July? I'm guessing this just isn't important enough to break the app any further...
I understand the Sonos Ace supports AptX Lossless and AptX Adaptive. Does it also support AptX HD and AptX?
Sonos Ace support Bluetooth. ERA100 support Bluetooth. So they both play nice with each other, right?
how do I get my new Sonos Ace headphones to connect to my Arc without cutting sound on my Arc. I need to listen independently from the family please?

I received my Sonos Ace and spent a few hours playing with settings to try to get a good sound from them. I read in another thread someone recommending disabling volume normalisation within Spotify. That vastly improved the sound quality for me.Unfortunately in my testing, I identified a buzzing noise. It is more obvious on some tracks. I wonder if others can replicate it. On “Shout” by Tears for Fears, the opening bars feature some metallic percussion. This is in the first ten seconds of the track.Listening through the Aces, there is a noticeable and pronounced buzz/noise at the end of each of these percussive clusters. The buzz increases at the end of each cluster. I have tried the track on multiple devices and this is only apparent on the Aces. It should not be there.I spent two hours - the first hour on hold - with Sonos support. The person I eventually spoke to was helpful enough, but all of the troubleshooting steps he suggested I had already done. He escalated the mat
Just expensive headphones? Not a player? Thanks, but no thanks, then 🎧😒
-Can we please have a different sound come on when the ANC button is toggled on and off rather than having the same exact sound when you push it. Annoying trying to look at the app all the time figuring out if it's on or off. Especially in quieter environments.- Also can we have the music dim to a low volume when we push the ANC to aware mode. Don't see the point of having it in aware mode when the music plays at exactly the same level especially when trying to talk to someone defeats the purpose of even having it. Or atleast have an option (volume slider) in app to adjust how much you want the music to dim when in aware mode. Thanks!!
A SHAME!!!And yes, I've been waiting for this headset for three years... already €500 is excessive to have a Bluetooth headset while well-known brands offer the same quality for half the price... If I waited it's that the promise is th
Find this curious. Would like the app to confirm I am listening in lossless and allow me to look at my other settings.
They sound terrible, OMGMy $12 earbuds are way better !!!Did the cheese slide of SONOS cracker, or is there a problem between the phones and my phone!!! ( tried everything, no tech support , sending them back !!)
I want to use Sonos Headphones while everyone else listens to Arc and surrounds normally. I need to improve my speach recognition so the sound does not have to be too loud for everyone else.
I have recently purchased a pair of Sonos Ace. However, a couple of issues so far..The wear detection doesn’t seem to be working? It’s definitely turned on in the app. I’ve tried it on Spotify and Netflix yet the streaming still continues when I take the headphones off. Anyone else having issues? The noise cancellation/aware button on the headphones isn’t always responsive and you have to press it a few times before it acknowledges the change. Anyone having the same issues there too?Apart from those the headphone are fantastic and impressive sound quality and noise cancellation.
I've been using Ace for a few hours now. First impression:Setup was easy Sound excellent, including the bass Wearing comfort great Quality good, but not perfect (one ear cup not cleanly finished, volume control sometimes jams slightly) Battery life - as far as I can tell after a few hours - is good. Switching to the soundbar works easily Noise canceling mode great. Aware mode not, I hear rustling background noise (white noise). Signals when switching noise canceling mode do not sound differently enough, so you don't know which mode you are in when switching Quieter/louder/pause is needed more often than switching the noise canceling mode, so the reverse order of the two right buttons would have been better. Headtracking mode is great. But can be annoying when walking around, so a button to switch it on/off would be helpful. Perhaps an update could make this possible via the noise canceling button? Price is also ok if you take advantage of the 15% upgrade bonus for existing customers Th
Hello, I would like to know if the Sonos Ace is sweat resistant. Is it versatile enough to do sports unlike the AirPods Max? Thanks !
Does the new ace headphones need blue tooth from the tv to work or will it work through my arc system
