how do I get my new Sonos Ace headphones to connect to my Arc without cutting sound on my Arc. I need to listen independently from the family please?

This is my top feature request for the Ace. I am sure I am not alone in wanting to listen to movies at a much different volume level than my spouse. Also could be an accessibility feature. 

Yes, you can tell they really though this through as well. I don’t think SONOS could make a set of working chopsticks at this point.
