We have been more than patient. Younsold us these headphones with two big selling points...the audio swapping with our home entertainments systems and truecinema. You ha e been silence forever on the truecinema and now have removed it from the web page. Removing it doesn't make you not reliable to give us what you soldnus on. Knock off the Ultra updates and put priority to devices you sold half a year ago and have not made whole yet. A class action lawsuit sure as hell isn't going to help your image.

When i bought the devices at launch, they sounded like trash when using it with theArc sound bar for TV switch. Low, low volume and certainly didn't sound anything like a device trying to mimic a surround sound system. Was decent with music and awful with TV and movies. I contacted them about the low volume and mentioned how awful it sounded for TV and movies and was told that the Truecinema update is what will address what I was talking about. So let's have it already. Whatver you are working g on with the Uktra and new sub goes on hold and you fix the device that has been waiting half a year to be fully completed.
