Will there be an update to make the volume louder while using TV SWAP on the Sonos Ace? It’s incredibly low compared to other headphones available. Please make adjustments .

There is a problem with your specific setup. My Ace is too loud at only volume level 20 for me. You should contact Sonos Support.

This was an issue when the Ace was first released, but it has since been fixed. Is the Sonos app and Ace up to date with the latest software updates?

Yes I check regularly for any updates.. I just feel the volume when I’m using tv swap with the Sonos Ace.. I hit the max volume before it’s even really loud.. I think “max volume” should be a height I can’t even listen to it’s that loud

That’s strange. Max volume when I use TV Swap would be way too loud and damage my hearing.

Yea idk maybe it’s certain platforms I’m listening in but I would just like that extra level .. I’ll keep checking for any updates

Have you increased the volume using the TV remote too while using the Ace in TV Swap mode?

Yes I’m connected to my Sonos Beam (2 gen). When it’s in highest volume it’s low. It’s loud on any other setting .. only seems low on TV Swap.. I’ve been reading online several users with this complaint. Hoping for an update to adjust it

It's not just him. I have the head phones and both my brothers do. All three of us have issues where the tv swap volume is no where near loud enough. We all almost always are at 95% or up.that level should always almost be too high but it is maybe slightly above average on tv swap.

What did Sonos support suggest, when one of you three called in?

Volume level when doing a TV swap from a ARC to ACE is rubbish. Have everything upgraded to latest versions, and have spoken to SONOS support. Not impressed.

So what did Sonos Staff say about the matter?

A lot of nothing. “Reset the headphones”, “reset app”, “try updates” (that had already been loaded). No resolution. I asked for my “concern” to  be logged as this seems to be known issue. Hoping it will get seriously looked into. A premium brand should not have to be run at 100% (and even then it’s not loud enough IMO)!!!
