Did the cheese slide of SONOS cracker, or is there a problem between the phones and my phone!!! ( tried everything, no tech support , sending them back !!)

There is support, are you not able to get through?
YMMV but most reviews say they sound pretty good. Have you done the basic troubleshooting, update firmware, reboot the headphones, unpair and repair?
