Audible India option not showing after adding Audible service in Sonos app.

My Sonos app for Windows on my PC has stopped working. It says ‘We found Sonos on your system’ but then can’t find any products. Speakers all working fine from iphones. It’s just the PC app that isn’t. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the new version - no change….Any ideas please?

When the Sonos Ace are on and i receive a phone call (Android), no sound is played in the headphones. If I am listening to music, I can tell that I am receiving a call because the music stops but there is no sound in the headphones to alert me. What ma I missing? Thanks!

Hi Sonos,I have two ERA 100s and a roam in my living room, connected by bluetooth to my PC. Everytime I start or shut down my PC my speakers, naturally, connect or disconnect via bluetooth. Every time that happens my speakers play the sound-effect you might know. The issue is, that sound effect is VERY loud and there is no way to disable that or make it quieter. I usually go to bed about an hour after my partner. Imagine the thrills i get from my speakers blasting the flat at night when i shut down my PC. I find it frustrating that there is no way disabling this. I chose to spend money to adopt the SONOS ecosphere, but i get less flexibility I would have from cobbling together no-brand chinaware. Its funny. I am working in product management and am currently making sure my product does not impede the personal life of its users. A pity I dont get the same courtesy as a user. Please, Sonos, can we push this feature request a little further up the backlog? I would be fine having the cues

HiI am new in Sonos.By mistake I add Era 300 to second room and I reset it to assign to other but than after reset it left as unplugged. Is this will be visible  always or until I assign it again but in other room?I can't find any option to manage the rooms groups or speakers.Why there is no icon like remove from system or  delete room.It is only possible to create but no delete.How to manage this. What if I sell the produkt and it will be visible here.  

any reason UK Move 2 won’t connect to channels in the 149 - 165 on 5Ghz have AP for outside and due to it being an outside AP it doesn’t have the usual channels starting from 36 as these are for indoor use only.the Move will connect on channels in the lower 100 range but these use DFS. in the UK we can use 149-165 without DFS but the Move 2 won’t connect to them

Hi All, I need some advice please. Room size is about 20sqm. Looking for a sub to pair with an Arc Ultra and was wondering if the mini would suffice for movies, tv and sports etc..?

Added my Play 1’s to network and they are each in their own system (Living Room 1 and 2). Not matter what i do i cannot get them to join my system. I’ve move the playbar within 5-ft of the surrounds with no luck. The playbar and gen 3 sub are part of my system but when i try to add a pair of surrounds it just says their is an error. Any thoughts on how to fix?

Hello, Is this a recurring problem with Era 100s not being able to have issue with Airplays (MacOS/iOS/IpadOS)I tried everything (rebooting and re-installing etc) and this problem persists. once in a 1000 airplaying my itunes or or other audio works but these speakers seem to have a problem…..streaming from the sonos is 100% working but why not this…. I used to have older Sonos One and they seem way more reliable.   

The sound bar is working but no the small ones.

I also have the problem reported elsewhere that CBC doesn’t show in thenewly updated Sonos app. Just a comment that CBC works fine under NOSON, the linux unofficial app. 

I have a Definitive Technology subwoofer and 2 Polk Audio floor speakers hooked up to Sonos Amp. Sonos app is running on iOS.A few days ago the sub controls disappeared. I can’t control the volume or crossover (or phase) for my subwoofer anymore. I tried rebooting everything and deleting the app and reinstalling. Nothing. I contacted technical support at Sonos and he had me send screenshots and also submit a diagnostic report. After some time he finally let me know that the technical support team is aware of the issue and is currently working on it with NO ETA!The sub plays. But I can’t fine tune the sub for the music I’m listening to. I assume there was a recent update to the software. But tech support never commented when I asked if this issue was due to an update.

I just went to Google fiber. I'm trying to hook my system up the the new wifi. Does one of the components have to be permanently wired via Ethernet to the router or can I connect the play base , and two Sonos One speakers wirelessly to the new wifi. I've tried hooking each component via Ethernet to the router to try to get the system on the new wifi but when I disconnect the system disappears. 

ive just purchased the sonos sub mini and the phone has detected the mini and says its getting the sub ready - its been “downloading” now for half a hour whats the normal rate of time it takes the phone the internet and the sub to be ready...any approximate times

I currently have  a Gen2 amp running two Bose freespace 51’s for my backyard audio. I want to upgrade to the Gen3 amp and am considering replacing the Bose speakers with the Sonance Omni-6t 360 degree in ground speakers since the Bose speakers cannot handle the additional watts that the Gen3 amp pushes. Anyone running this setup? 

I have two move two speakers that I’m trying to connect simultaneously to my iPhone… But I can only get one at a time to connect

Spent hours with level 2 engineer who had escalated to level 3 engineers. They went through my router settings and changed everything but still could only connect 1 speaker to the system and then any other speaker would error out on setup and say no sonos devices found on mobile device network. The next morning I figured what the heck I will stop using the Nord Secure DNS servers. After making this change was able to setup all devices as normal.

I don’t have a space where ‘surround’ speakers are doable.  However what I’ve discovered is the amazingness of creating a wonderfully wide ‘front’ soundstage with Sonos speakers. My setup is - Arc (gen1) plus sub mini, plus two era 100’s, also in front but each about 5 feet on each side from the ARC.  I set the era 100’s as ‘full’ and tweaked the volumes of both them and the sub mini to better compete with the ARC.In the end, the front ‘soundstage’ is absolutely incredible. It’s really like having a band in front of you on a stage that’s a good 10 yards wide.  I know the ARC is supposed to create all sorts of great ‘surround’ audio, but you can’t beat physics, and adding the era 100’s as wider counterparts to the ARC creates something quite amazing IMO.Has anyone else experiemented with this kind of config?  I don’t see much mention of it anywhere, but holy hell, it’s quite amazing. :)

I have a sub 4 that’s paired with an arc ultra that keep losing connection.  The sub will connect and play with the arc ultra for a couple of minutes then drop the connection.  Sonos pointed fingers at my router, a Cisco RV340.  I engaged Cisco support and they cannot find any reason to sell me a new router, as suggested by Sonos.  Everything else in the house works fine on the same network.  Is anyone else having an issue with the sub 4 staying connected?  If so, what was the fix?  Any insight or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.  

Samsung S23 cannot connect to Arc. Wifi router isn’t accessible and cannot be hardwired. Router requires connection to specific SSID and, of course, requires password. Have tried every suggestion I can find. Arc is flashing green. Have tried hardwire from phone to Arc with no luck establishing a connection. Am I doomed?
