I have arc, sub3 and 2 One SL in my home entertainment set up. Will adding 2 Era 300 enhance my home entertainment experience?

Yes, adding them to the system is no problem.
If you meant add them to the home-theater Room/set then (sorta) no, officially only two surrounds are allowed.
There are third party apps that can add more than the officially supported number of speakers.
Yes, however, only two surround speakers are supported. The ONE SL’s would become a second Room. You can “Group” the ONE SL’s with the surround Room while playing music. You will encounter a usually unwelcome time delay if you attempt to use the ONE SL’s in the same physical room while watching TV.
