If I connect a DAC vía cable to an era 300, but I have 2 era 300 , how do I play música on both?

I've created a YouTube music playlist that has all of my uploaded music. However, the sonos app on Android is only allowing a max of 500 songs in the queue. Or at least that's all it is showing.Is this issue being resolved?I wish they'd go back to playing from device as an option. I know, it was supposedly too much to keep up with security updates.

I have the sonos app downloaded and play 3 set up using ethernet cable(changed wifi network and lost speaker connection)I want to be able to use it with out a cable but when I plug it out I lose connection Tried updating network to add wifi but it's not finding the speaker Please advise

I have a system consisting of 7 Sonos speakers integrated with multiple Amazon devices including  multiple  Echo speakers. I am moving and will be using a new Google Fiber network.  What is the best way to migrate my system to the new Network?

Two part question and appreciate any help.  I recently upgraded my Synology NAS and my S1 speakers/software can no longer access the music library on this device. My S(2) has no issues. I’ve tried changing the settings of SMB1 protocol (minimum) and also enable NTLMv1 authentication. This has not worked. Are there any other settings I should be looking at to get this to work?Also, I was told I’d be contacted by Level 2 help about a week ago. No word yet. Does this ever happen or should I consider that they are done helping me with the issue?Thank you

I’ve recently been trialling Plex / Plexamp and thought I’d offer a short appraisal of how it can bring an enhanced experience to those of us with local music libraries.Plex can be added to Sonos as a service in the usual way. You can play your Plex music library through Sonos without paying for a Plex Pass subscription. This is basic functionality and offers an alternative way of playing your local files. It does require internet access as the files are being access through Plex’s servers, and your media server needs to be online. Hi I have just bought the Era1 100.  I bought it yesterday and my goodness I am going mad, it is disconnecting all the time  I have tried rebooting but it still does this.  I really like it when it actually plays, but it just drops and I have to keep rebooting and adding my internet password.  Its really frustrating - can anybody help please to get this working once and for all. 

I am at the end of my rope.  I have a projector that has one hardwired HDMI output. This was previously connected to an AV receiver that we attached a Roku to, which we used to watch things on the projector with sound coming out the speakers.Getting the Amp was supposed to render the receiver obsolete. I connected the Amp to the hardwired speakers, which works great to listen to music. However, I have not been able to figure out how to get the Roku signal out to the projector and the Amp. I bought an HDMI splitter that is supposed to be able to do this, connected the Roku to one input and the Amp and projector each to an output. However, this has not worked either.  What other options do I have to route the Roku audio to my Amp and video to the projector? 

I have 2 Sonos Play 3 speakers in my study which work perfectly using my PC. I also have a Sonos One in my kitchen. I can operate the latter without a problem from my PC but this is upstairs. When I try to operate it in the kitchen using the Sonos app on either my Samsung tablet or my wife’s iPad, only about a third of the Spotify playlists are disp[ayed.

Hi there. I have two older Sonos speakers (both Play 1) that I would like to connect to a record player. I know that the newer era and five speakers have a line in feature (and I would prefer to have the benefits of a third speaker than go for the Port). My question is whether I can use the line in feature on a new era or five, to connect the phono to my existing sonos network. Ie is there a way to get the record player sound coming out of all 3 speakers, via an era or five, or will it just come out of the new speaker? Many thanks in advance.

I’ve got some “gunk” on my speaker grill/cover (no idea what it is, or where it came from). Some of the “gunk” is in the speaker grill openings. Anyone with experience cleaning a Roam 1 grill/cover?

Why is the arc ultra switching between to and arc ultra

Hallo liebe Sonos Fans.Ich habe mir die Beam2 mit 2 Era100 zugelegt. Hauptsächlich um mit Surround Filme schauen zu können. Ich habe scheinbar das Problem,  dass ich entweder die Era als Stereopaar für Musik verwenden kann oder die Paarungen löschen muss damit ich sie als Surround Lautsprecher nutzen kann. Das wäre sehr umständlich.Mache ich etwas falsch?Kann ich die Anlage ohne Aufwand für Musik und Filme verwenden?Danke für Tipps!L.g. Chris 

I can't set up the play 5 gen 2 using an iphone 16 plus, iOS 18.0.1, i tried using bluetooth and ethernet cable so I have to use an iphone 13, iOS 18.0.1 and it works fine

Issue: I am playing music from Plex via the Sonos app (using both Android and Windows). During the daytime, this works fine most of the time with no issue whatsoever. However, pausing the queue at night and then resuming the queue in the morning causes the following problems.When music is resumed in the morning, it plays just two songs (three if they are short tracks), and then stops playback mid queue. Restarting the queue works, but it again only plays two songs before stopping. If the queue is deleted and new music selected, the new queue is affected by the same issue. Only after unplugging every speaker and restarting the system does the issue resolve.This does not (normally) happen when pausing the queue and resuming during the daytime, even if many hours have passed.Can anyone help me identify what might be a cause of this issue?I have 2 Play 5s as a stereo pair, 2 Play 1s as a stereo pair and a single Play 1. Desktop app is running on Windows 10 and various Android devices with

85” TV screen bottom is wall mounted 28” above floor. Top of TV is 71” above floor. In seats located ~16’ from TV & soundbar, our eyes and ears are ~38” above the floor. Per Sonos, top of new Arc Ultra must be mounted at least 4” below TV screen. If mounted below TV, the TOP of the Arc Ultra would be only 2’ (24”) above the floor. That would mean the center of the Utra’s forward firing speakers would ~16” or more below our ears. Ceiling height is 12’.Please provide advice with supporting logic/information that will help me decide whether I should mount the new Arc Ultra above or below my TV. 

My elderly parents-in-law have recently moved to an apartment and because the TV is across the room , they consistently have it at a very high level in order to hear dialogue. Is there a system where they could have external speakers placed beside their chairs, that would give them clear dialogue that could play  at a lower level?. The setup would have to be easy to use, something permanently connected and preferably controlled by the TV remote itself would be the best solution. Our home system of a Beam and two One speakers as surrounds, would be great for them , except that as surrounds, the speakers focus less on dialogue, which would mean they'd still be cranking up the front volume. Is there a way to adjust the rear speakers so that they are dialogue focused ? 

Gentlemen, Swallow your pride and restore the original version which worked well, before you ruin the reputation of the company you work for. Work again on the update and offer it to your customers when it has been fully tested, or resign!  Simples. Time to admit failure and leave it to others more competent.
