Problem signing in to Sonos Radio on iPhone

When I choose the Sonos Radio service from the Sonos app on my IPhone my screen says that my account access has expired and ask me to sign in.

I sign in but the items are all greyed out.

When I check my account it says it is “Active: Sonos Radio HD”

When I click Content Services”, it does not open, but asks me to sign in (again) which does nothing.

Any suggestions for how I can access Sonos Radio?

Thanks

Hi @Jazzy90

Welcome to the Sonos Community!

Sorry to hear of this issue you are having with authorising Sonos Radio on your system.

We are aware of this issue affecting some Sonos users and are investigating. We have no estimate for when a fix might be put in place, however.

In the meantime, please try using the Sonos Desktop Controller for Windows or MacOS, if either is an option for you. You can download them here.

I will update this thread when I hear of a fix being implemented.

I hope this helps.

Maybe see the suggestions from the Sonos Staff above… reauthorise the service using the desktop App if that’s an option open to you?

If not, you may need to wait for the fix. It appears to be an issue that is apparently only affecting some users.

Alternatively you could perhaps contact Sonos Support, just to see if they are able to assist. See this link to contact them…
