Hey guys.Today my Sonos Port underwent an update. And after that it didn't connect anymore, even my account seems to have disappeared.I've tried every possibility listed in the Sonos help file and nothing works.Any other suggestions?

Thank for your answer. But I discovered the problem. My mesh router has just one name for both 2.4Ghz and 5.0 GHz networks. I had to come up with different names so as Sonos get on line.

@Joe1967

Seems you resolved your issue…that’s great! Here’s an FYI…

I have an Asus three (3) node mesh with 2.4Ghz, 5.0Ghz and 6Ghz bands. All three (3) bands have the same SSID. However, I have “SmartConnect” turned off. So rather than the router steering my 31 Sonos units to a particular band I let Sonos connect to the nearest node and select the band they want. No IP Address issues as only the main node has DHCP capability. Also “airtime fairness is turned off.
