Get help and assistance with your Sonos system

I usually play music from my SoundCloud account on my Sonos speakers. However, it’s two days that it keeps asking me to reauthorise, which I’ve done several times, but it still isn’t working.I’ve tried removing and re-adding SoundCloud to Sonos, but it keeps showing the message, “Unable to browse music”I contacted Sonos support and they can’t find any solution.  Can Sonos help? Anyone has any tips?

I have a Sonos Gen 1 system with the S1 controller.  I want to add a subwoofer.or two. Can I add 2 subwoofers or more? Does the subwoofer need to be Gen 2 or Gen 1?

Looking for advice. Thanks in advance!Recently moved homes from a house that we had SONOS arc, sub, and 2 Era100 speakers for surround sound system. The new house has 7 speakercraft in ceiling speakers (2 fronts, 1 center, 2 rears, and 2 in the master bedroom) I want to use my Sonos system (Arc & Sub) for the surround sound with the 2 rear in ceiling speakers connected through a Sonos AMP. This is already hooked up now and works well. But I want to be able to use the other in ceiling speakers (2 fronts, 1 center as well as the bedroom speakers) for music or TV while entertaining guests. My question is can I use a speaker selector and connect it to the Sonos Amp to my receiver and other speakers? Do I need a Sonos Port? Do I need another Sonos Amp? I am thinking the easiest way is to run the rear speakers from the Amp into the speaker selector then have all other speakers connected into that and connected to my receiver. That way I can use the rears for surround sound syst

Can I use am Amp to connect existing in ceiling speakers to my Sonos Arc plus Era 300s? The house we’re in has them already in the den’s ceiling. Where should I place the Amp? How’s the best way to connect and sync everything?

It is still not possible to play “Artist Radio” song lists on Tidal when using Sonos’ iOS app. When will this be fixed?  It’s been more than 4 months without this basic feature!

Hey, I live in an apartment and have 2 different rooms that i usually pair anytime i want to listen to music.PC Speaker: IKEA SymfoniskLiving room: beam + sub mini + 2x one sl Whats tedious and unnecessary:I cant choose to play on everything directly from Spotify, i have to pair them first I want the IKEA Symfonisk speaker to play at roughly 75% of the volume of my living room. So i typically set it to 30, and the living room to 40. Whats wrong is the volume control, if i raise the volume of everything it doesnt take the volume ratio into consideration, eventually ill end up with living room at 60 and pc speaker at 50. Why???? How does this makes sense? I cant think of a single scenario where i would like it to function like this…Hope you can bring an update to at least fix the volume control or add an option to lock the volume ratio between rooms. 

After  a factory reset of 4 speakers, an update, and connection successful I  get an error message          " Unable to connect Try again later” for those 4 speakers but speakers I did not do a factory reset or software update are playing. I cannot add the other 4 speakers

I see there's a new CEO, but after once again getting the "No products found" screen even WHILE music is streaming on my Sonos Five through the mobile app, I'm giving up. I'm going to give the Sonos Five to my teenaged son to connect to his turntable, and I'm going to stream music through my Roku Streambar. That's right, I'm going to listen through a Roku device rather than the $500+ Sonos Five, because I cannot stand reconnecting my phone and the Five several times a week. The Sonos Ace look amazing, and I'm sure I'd potentially get a lot of use out of them on the commuter train I take to/from work, but there's no way I'm going to chance not being able to connect to the headphones. Life's too short for "no products found."

Can anyone help. Amazon music randomly stops working and comes up with the message 'no content available'. It's happening more often now since the latest update. 13/01/2025. 

Hello everyone! I’m new to the community forum, so sincere apologies if this conversation is being repeated.Jumped on the Sonos band wagon for the Ultra, as in my mind it could only be better than the ARC, even if incremental — so far I’m struggling with the sound, all I’m getting is, very tinny, hollow vocals and lacking any refined mids, they are non existent as far as i’m concerned. It’s all a bit of a incohesive sound combined with Sub Gen3…could this be down to the mini integrated sub robbing some of the lower frequency from the crossover?I have tried all the required configurations as per Sonos, but it’s still coming up short for a £1000 upgrade.Solo, it’s okay-ish, but still very bright, hollow and tinny on the vocals (notable with actors that have deep vocals), it’s not a well rounded sound...two words, “no weight”. This was the very reason I sort to upgrade, for vocal projection on movies, because if there was one fix for the ARC it would

I have just purchased a Sonos Ray. When I set the output of my tv to audio system, trying to adjust the volume the onscreen display increases or decreases the number but the sound level doesn’t change when using my tv remote. What am I not doing?

Hi, I have 2 Sonos speakers and a sound bar. Just had a new Internet provider and have managed to install one of the speakers to the internet. However can’t see from the App how to reinstall the other two as a Group. I’m sure it’s straightforward if you know!Cheers Roger 

I’m unable to add an album to existing queue. Is this feature gone or am I missing it?

I have a Sonos Beam in my lounge, and a Play:3 in my kitchen.The two rooms are remote from the router (and there are thick walls between them all, so I have cabled into the two rooms from the router, and fed both cables into switches.From the switches I have then cabled into a TV and a Sky Q box in each room, and also cabled into the Sonos Products in each room. They are therefore all on the same SSID by hard wire.To allow me to have wifi in the lounge and kitchen, I have a TPlink access point in each room, which have been”cloned” with the same SSID.I have no problem walking between the three rooms with my I-phone, and wifi is automatically picked up in each room, with only one network showing available in each room (same SSID)However, when I run the Sonos app, and move from room to room, the total system is not shown; only each product in that room. I received a dused Zoneplayer S5 and can’t get it to work.  I got the S1 app but the player is not seen by the app.  The power seems to be intermittent, the light comes on and then disappears.  Should I try to reset it? But how?

Music service audio stops or skips

We have a Sonos sound system that has six amps which power speaker zones around our house.  For some reason, the speakers on one of the zones randomly disconnects from Sonos on occasion and we have to wait a while for Sonos to recognize it again before we can use them.Anyone know why this might be happening?

some years ago one of the bands I follow released their albums with a remaster and it comes in 5.1 surround I want to make the most of my blue ray player here and set it up once in a while to play thesei have an older play bar connected to the tv the blue ray player is attached to then I can add my sub mini and the pair of Play 1’s I have - I assume it would be Playbar - centreSub mini - subwoofer Play 1’s - rear channels am I right in thinking Sonos will just auto adjust the 5.1 surround to meet what it has ?
