Sonos Ace - connected to iPhone but no sound

My Sonos Ace (Headphones) are connected to my iPhone, but I'm not getting any sound. They show as connected, and I’ve updated them in the Sonos app and tried disconnecting and reconnecting several times. However, they work fine when connected to my laptop for Teams calls.

Does anyone have any suggestions? Could it be related to the latest Apple update?
