Bonsoir, J’ai des albums dans mon dossier musique, mais quand je vais dans l’application sonos il ne reconnait pas les dossier mais les musiques individuellement. Comment faire pour que l’application reconnaisse bien les albums
How come you cannot use multiple networks on your Sonos Rome every time I bring it home I have to set the network for Wi-Fi
What’s up with the MacOS controller for Sonos S2 that it consistently fails to update automatically. This was a persistent issue last year and today it’s starting all over again.Very frustrating to have this happen so regularly.
Hi, I know there are countless issues with this setup but fortunately I do not suffer from any of the regular problems. The issue I have is a problem mainly with the voices on any app on the Apple TV 4K, the voices especially male voice seem to be distorted almost too deep and slightly slowed down (they sound like Bane) but there are no audio/picture sync problems. If I use the tv ‘s built in apps with the same shows the problem is not there, I can only replicate the problem with the apps on the apple tv. I can solve the problem with changing certain settings on the tv but the solution is not ideal and I lose Dolby digital 5.1 in exchange for Stereo PCM with the appletv even though I still get Atmos. The setup that ends up with distorted voices with the apple tv isSamsung qn95a sound settingsOutput-receiver(HDMI-eARC)HDMI-eARC Mode-AutoDigital Output Audio Format- pass-throughSONOS Arc connected to HDMI eARCAppletv4k- sound settings.Default audio output- Receiver speakersAudio format-Of

I’m trying to login into Last.fm to scrobble my Sonos plays to Last. I’ve been able to log into Last.fm on three mobile devices, a PC, and a Mac, The only device(s) that won’t log in is Sonos...I can’t add the Last.fm service from iOS, Android, or the Controller on my PC.I’ve already talked with Sonos support who (of course) wanted me to restart various devices including my Boost and two of my Play:5’s. That (of course) didn’t work. :)Is anyone else having issues with logging into Last.fm? Am I the only remaining Last.fm user? LOL I truly appreciate any help you can provide, even if it doesn’t provide a fix. Thanks.
If I buy anything new my old Sonos wont work. I’m done with this company…
Hello everyone,Can you tell me what is the best placement option to put two sonos one high against the wall.I don't know if it's better to install them on the side 1st option like in the picture or 2nd option behind just above the sofa in height.of course they will be tilted for a direction to the listening areaTHANK YOU
Does anyone know if the Pico remote won’t work with Spotify or other services? Here’s the scenario: 1 - I am using the Lutron Audio Pico to control an area of Sonos.2 - I have “favorites” programmed into My Sonos including Sonos Radio Stations and playlists that I have created in Spotify. NOTE: These were created in Spotify within Sonos...not using Spotify Connect.3 - All functions work on the Pico for all playlists and favorites (volume, play, pause, etc.). HOWEVER, the center button will not cycle through Spotify playlists. It cycles through the Sonos Radio favorites but not through the Spotify playlists in the same My Sonos area. Is this a known issue with Sonos and Spotify? If so, what other services have the same issue (ex: Amazon Music, Apple Music, etc.)? Thanks in advance
ostin boost reitittimen vanhan hajottua ja nyt en saa yhteyttä connect vastaanottimeen.olen päivittänyt kaikki, ottanut virrat pois, irrottanut reitittimen johdot, tehnyt kaikki vaihtoehdot.sonos pyyttää kytkemää yhden kaiuttimen yhdistääkseen sonsin, mutta en omista yhtään sonosin kaiutinta koska olen soittanut musiikkia omalta tietokoneeltani ja kuunnellut radiokanavia.mobililaitteellani on molemmat sonos sovellukset jotka olen myös päivittänyt tehdasasetuksiin useasti.eli piääkö minun lähettää boost takaisin ja luopua koko sonosista?
I have 2 Sonos One SLs which I have owned for approximately 12 months or more. I have recently moved them to my desk and have paired them in stereo. One speaker is always lower in volume than the other, which I can tell as the stereo image (on song I know intimately where the voice should be dead centre) always favours one side. This needs a channel balance adjustment of about +7 in the app to correct. I am certain it is a problem with one of the speakers as I’ve swapped the them left to right and the balance issue also switches from left to right. I have reset both speakers and set them up again and the problem persists. It is present whether streaming using the Sonos App or via airplay. While I can correct with a balance adjustment I’d prefer to not have to. Do I have a faulty speaker, or is there a setting (related to volume limits) that has someone gotten baked into one of the speakers that has survived a factory reset.
On the Move speaker, I press and hold down the power button until the Move completely powers off and I hear the tone.. I then leave it overnight, powered off and removed form the charger. The next day I switch it back on again and the battery level on the app has decreased by about 5%. This drop in battery power happens every day the move is switched off This should not be happening if the Move is powered down. I returned the Move and was given a new speaker and yet again this is still happening. Has anyone else experienced this issue?
Hey AllI`m considering purchasing a Sonos Amp,Currently i have this arrangement..Currently have a soundbar with wireless sub.I`d like to get a Sonos Amp and Ray soundbar see if i can loose my old soundbar and wireless sub for a wired sub i have. Then have the amp connected to PlayStation 5 and TV, not sure best way to connect the PS5.There are two in wall hdmi cables running to the back of the tv.Also considering future adding a projector and screen which not ideal would be on another wall but am quite happy to just use bookcase speakers and the sub for sound.Just wanted to see if a) this is possible with the Sonos Amp and also b) connecting PS5&Soundbar.Thanks in advance
Sonos port on LAN via Cat6, feeding JBL commercial CSA 180Z 70v amplifier via RCA cables.Occasionally after some time, 1-2 weeks, the zone goes from clear and sounding great to noticeably distorted/static sounding, usually after listening for a decent amount of time, ~4-6 hours. It’s independent of streaming source, which is usually Spotify or XM. After power cycling the system it sounds fine again. Is there any way to prevent this as its in a commercial setup. Factory reset? Is there a way I can schedule a reboot of the device?
I’ve got 4 Plays and a Soundbar, roughly 2018. I’ve had nothing but connection issue after connection issue. The following have been random for the last couple years: OS updates requires me to delete my library and re-add, songs stop playing mid song, skips to another song, sound stops but song appears to still play, controller stops working (play, pause, etc), playlist will play but doesn’t appear in the controller, speakers disappear from the controller, mobile app nearly never works, errors saying music was lost, not encoded properly (but plays other times), queues empty, unable to connect, music no longer available (but available other times), updates fail, unexpected errors. The list goes on. Support says unplug, replug. That’s all they have. Ideas anyone? Btw there’s nothing wrong with my internet and I replaced the router anyway.
One of many nights coming home wanting to continue what I’m hearing in my car. Sonos completely and totally sucks. They’re it is. I just spent 45 minutes plus trying to figure out how to take what I was just listening to on my iPhone into the home environment. No Bueno. System trying to find itself in my Wi-Fi net work… Who knows. When I fire up my TV all is good yet it fails to recognize me on my phone to listen to music and I am over it. Sonos completely and utterly sucks when it comes to just getting the job done as a music source
Dear community,I'me refurbishing completely a 3 story apartment. I'm planning to have several Sonos units on 1st and 3rd floor. I see two options:wire one unit in each floor and have the other units connected through sonos net. I guess this will create 2 sonos nets independent from each other right? wire every unit in each floor; more work and less flexibilityI would only go for 2. if there was any issue with 1. Otherwise is more work and less flexibility to move units around. Which way would you go for? Thanks in advance!

I have a 1x2 TV wall setup to extend the picture across the two screen. What is the best way to connect the Sono Beam Gen 2 to this? I also have a sub and 2 x One SL to provide surround sound. Thanks
Sonos app failed to connect to any components my Sonos System (Two Beams - Gen 2 & 1 Move).Followed diagnostic instructions to turn off all 3 speakers, but one of the Beams did not re-connect. One Beam successfully connected, as did the Move.Best Buy - Geek Squad is returning tomorrow morning to troubleshoot this latest connection failure.I’m beginning to think that this Sonos purchase was a very bad idea. I cannot trust it to work properly, it has been unstable and not dependable. Every time I open the app, I’m fearful something else will go wrong. Not a very healthy way to live!
Apologies for the long post.Let me first tell you first what I like about Sonos. Sonos products sound good and the user interface is very good. But time spent struggling when things should just work is wasted time. This was not an issue with Sonos... until my Move started failing last November after less than 2 years of ownership. In November, my Move just stopped playing. I have no idea why. I tried to fix it myself, spent hours online, here on the forum and with support. I gave up a few times but persevered. In December, I got it to work. I can't tell you how many reboots of Move, the router, etc etc I did. Or why it came around when it did. Once it started working again, I played it a few times over the Holidays. Then I bought a different portable speaker and stopped using Move for a few months. A few days ago, I sent music to Move for the first time since December. The charger was unplugged and its battery had run out. Plugging in the charger did not bring the speaker to life. Afte
Hi. I have a LG B7 OLED with a Beam gen 1 and two Sonos Ones for surround. It works great with my other consoles, but not the Switch. I have looked up different solutions on these forums, but the suggested settings doesn’t apply to my TV, I think. I’m not sure. Most of the answers corresponds to a LG C3.If someone has any experience with this kind of setup, I would really appreciate the help. It’s got eArc and such. Thank you!
Good Evening, I recently purchased a Sonos Arc Surround Set from you guys and I am looking for some installation advice in order to get the best possible experience for my configuration. I will be pairing the Surround Set with an LG OLED 65" C1 (1449 W x 830 H x 47 D). I plan to wall mount the TV above my wall unit. I understand that it is recommended to have 4-5 inches (10-12.5 cm) between the Arc and the bottom of the TV. The height of my TV unit is 50 cm from the floor. Viewing Distance: 270cm (2.7M)Eye Level: 106-107 cm (Industry standard 42").Ceiling: standard 2.4m By my calculations, for optimal viewing, the bottom edge of the TV should be 66.21cm from the floor if the tilt angle is 0 (so a fixed position mount). If I were to mount the TV here, I would not have sufficient room between the top of my TV unit (50cm) and the TV to leave the required 4" that Sonos recommend. It is recommended that speakers should be mounted at ear level or just below which again raises the TV even
Play 5/3/bridge to upgrade…so how much do I get off an arc and sub set?
