Please please please somebody answer this. I’ve opened tickets with Sonos. I’ve asked this same question here and all I seem to hear is a bunch of other users saying they have the same issue. I’ve heard that Sonos knows about this but I’ve also heard conflicting statements from people of Sonos awareness of this issue. I can only see 50 of my Spotify Playlists using the Sonos iOS app. This appears to be widespread, not unique just to me. When will this be resolved?it’s been 4 months since the app update and I can’t do something as simple as view all of my Spotify Playlists. This is getting to be completely unacceptable. It’s an app meant to play music, yet we can’t see all of our music.
Overwhelming evidence - Spotify connect needs fix on Play 5: gen 1. I have 7 Sonos speakers all on the same network, only 1 is legacy. Only 1 has random dropout issues with Spotify. As others confirm, Tidal and other services work fine. And given my 6 other new gen speakers work fine:it can’t be local network it can’t be Spotify data rate, given Tidal HD and other similar services workResetting speaker, re-linking Spotify all useless!Truth is gen 1 products are no longer supported in reality else they’d have it fixed.
Hi there,I moved into a new house just over a year ago and have been having issues connecting my Sonos one to the home WiFi. I have a Sonos beam that connected without any issues, however anytime I try to connect the Sonos one to the WiFi, it says it can’t find the network. I have deleted all products and tried to reinstall the Sonos one before the beam, however it won’t work. I contacted Sonos and they said it’s a problem with the network, but anytime I load anything new into the network, outside of Sonos, there isn’t any issues. I’m hoping to get one more speaker for the downstairs but might call it quits if it won’t accept anymore. Anyone got a clue or help on this one?
The Sonos Android app still cannot play albums from Idagio. The ‘Play Album’ button is missing, there is only a list of tracks, which can only be played individually. It’s been four months since the release of the new app. When will this feature be available? As a workaround I have been using the Idagio app and connecting to Sonos. But this Idagio feature is buggy, and I still have to use the Sonos app to control the volume. Idagio is the only music service I use, so this is extremely frustrating. Thanks
Two days to hear some sounds from the beam (2gen). I used t,he hdmi arc port, modified almost all options on the TV (Sony Bravia) and still no sounds coming from the Beam. Noone available in the chat. Community seems filtered by AI in such a way no informative aims can be drawn. It seems to me that these products are not mature for electronic mass market. I will give it back. By
Two sonos SL Ones, one sub gen 3 and an arc was bought in the UAE. I told them that I will be taking the components to Iran and the sales team practically encouraged me to go for it.Now it appears that without a VPN on, I can't get the diabolical Sonos app to open and of course, now I know that with a VPN on, the app itself will upload but that's about it: it's impossible to add any components. After spending almost 4 hours with tech support they casually told me that they don't support Iran. That makes Sonos a bunch of crooks in my book. You can't be telling your sales teams in the UAE to flog off your useless systems to unsuspecting customers bound for Iran and then tell the same customers that the products are not supported there. I expect Sonos to either provide me with a full refund or to come up with a solution to fix this issue. This is NOT acceptable.
I have a Spotify Premium family plan and have multiple Spotify accounts linked to Sonos. I also have Google Assistant linked to each of those accounts and Voice Match set up. It all works fine except for my wife; every time she asks the Sonos speaker to play music, the speaker responds saying something like “got it, playing blah blah blah on Spotify” and then: Sorry, it looks like Spotify Premium isn’t currently available. Please try again later. This does NOT occur with Google speakers in the home. When she asks the Sonos speaker “who am I” it tells her her name just fine, so I know Voice Match is working. And I can ask it myself to play music without a problem.I’ve tried:factory reset speaker unlink and re-link Spotify from Sonos unlink the Sonos speaker from Google and re-link it remove Google and Sonos permissions from Spotify in the web UI and relinking everything doing all of the above but with an Android device instead of iOS checking to make sure there’s only one Google Home ch
Just tried uninstalling Amazon shopping app and then Amazon voice control works.
When I try to play a playlist created on Amazon Music only 100 tracks load into the queue. This is the only service that has this issue.
SONOS has done it again. My system shows each of the 5 products I have. When I go to play anything I get the message 'Sonething went wrong'. Apparently I have no SONOS products, although my system list shows I have and all white lights are on. 5 bar wifi, ithwr products like laptop, iPad ohone working fine. Closed and restarted app. Still the same problem. Tried cintroller from a different device (iPad instead of Android) no difference. Any ideas anyone? Or is it finally time to change brand.
bonjourest-ce que quelqu’un sait s’il est possible de brancher un sonos port sur mon vidéoprojecteur via hdmiafin d’obtenir le son de mes enceintes ( play 5 gen2 + sonos one ) quand je regarde un film?( pas de barre de son ) Moderator Edit: Google Translate- Good morningdoes anyone know if it is possible to connect a sonos port to my video projector via hdmiin order to get the sound from my speakers (play 5 gen2 + sonos one) when I watch a movie?(no soundbar)
Backyard setup: eARC-capable TV (2024 model), Sonos Arc, Sonos Amp connected to 4 Sonance speakers (two pairs wired in parallel per spec). Everything ethernet-wired. Plan(ned) to use Smart TV apps for all content. No other streaming boxes.Wanted an “all-channel” option for watching sports, i.e., all 5 speakers (4 Sonance + 1 Arc) outputting the same content. Best I could achieve was to connect TV eARC to Sonos Arc, and wirelessly connect Arc to Amp via the Sonos app. However, this config relegates the Amp to Surrounds only, not full-channel audio. This config doesn’t sound very good, especially with 4 speakers in parallel. And the rear-most speakers are 20 feet from the soundbar (the closer speakers are about 10 feet from the soundbar).Could not figure a way around this, so I grabbed an AppleTV 4K and connected it to a regular HDMI input on the TV (HDMI1), leaving the TV’s eARC HDMI4 port still connected to the Sonos Arc. I confirmed that if I select the regular HDMI1 input on the TV,
I hear conflicting information on the interwebs about high end streaming with Sonos, and how the Beam 2 (which I have, along with a stereo pair of Era 100s) can stream to 24bit. Is this correct? My understanding was that you cannot stream any better than 16bit at 44.1Khz, rendering tracks shown on Tidal as 24bit as useless. Well, not useless but just cd quality. If my system is a Beam 2 with two Era 100 “slave” speakers, does this mean my system now has a 24bit streaming capability? Can anyone advise? I have heard about a pending Quobuz Connect feature but, again, see conflicting posts about it. Given the choice, I would like to subscribe to Quobuz but if I have to use the dreadful S2 app to browse Quobuz instead of the native app I’ll steer clear. Oh, and thanks to Sonos for removing my ability to play my 1Tb music library on my phone with their “new, improved” S2 app. Luckily I can circumnavigate the app and use USB Audio Pro to cast to Sonos. Well played, guys.
The new app would be greatly improved if the “View System” button actually looked like a button. Common feed back from my sonos clients is that it was not obvious that this is where you can zone your system.Honestly it took me weeks to realise this myself. So much of my frustration in using this new version of app was the perceived difficulty zoning systems. Please make this obvious - it just looks like text - especially when it is right next to the system name which does nothing .I’m so suprised that this has not been done or pointed out already as my clients always pose this question to me - especially people familiar with any of the other sonos versions
Wie kann ich Beam SUB Mini one sl verbinden
Hello,Is it possible to have the Sonos app access the music on my iPhone as a “music library”? Is this a feature in the works?
Current Setup:Pro-ject Turntable (no preamp) connected to Phono Tube Preamp.Preamp connected to Sonos Port on RCA input. Port setup to deliver to two zones:Stereo Pair of Sonos One’s Surround Sound with Sonos PlayBar and two Sonos One'sI have two questions:Is there anything I need to consider from a configuration of the preamp to ensure I’m getting the best sound quality and to ensure Im not damaging the port or speakers downstream? I’d like to add subwoofer to both zones. From a compatibility perspective, am I limited to Sub vs Mini Sub or specific versions of the subs? Spec for Preamp:
After changing my phone from 13 mini to 16 yesterday, the app can’t find my Sonos system on network. Rooter reboot and iPhone reboot have done but it doesn’t work. And re install of application doesn’t work either. Does anyone happen same thing and know a solution?
Ok I have setup a sonos app after 7ish years. So I'll start music and it will play but I'll leave the app to something else on my phone. If I go back to sonos app it might be saying it's still playing the song from 30 mins ago when the speaker has kept moving down the queue. Also the volume doesn't work at this point. I have to force close on my phone then reopen and it'll work fine. It's been this way always having to close the app every time I come back and when i do that it needs to reload taking 30 secondsto connectto my system. All while the system us working just fine and it plays music as its suppose to. Any one have a solution or is the new normal for sonos anymore?
I purchased a home last year that speakers and volume knobs in each room. The amp was trash so I upgraded it to a Sonos Amp and everything is perfect. I also added a Move to my system which is great with the outdoor speakers on the amp. I have a TV in a shadowbox and I would like to be able to put the volume through the amp and move. The amp is hardwired way too far away and there isnt enough room in the shadowbox for the arc. Any suggestions on how I could do this?
I have arc sub and 2 era 300. Are well put in the room ? Maybe era 300 too kutch hight? I use for games and Dolby Atmos film and music. Better to use era 100 as surround and use era 300 in another room? And do you suggest to put a second subwoofer? Thanks in advance ..any suggestion is appreciated

Hello there, with Sonos version 80.1-56190 the volume of Calm streaming service is close to muted. I disabled the limiter and can play with max volume. After enabling the limiter (80%) I can barely hear anything.Sonos Radio or Deezer are not affected.Feels like Calm has a different scaling of the limiter.Switching between services forces me to adjust the volume.Equalizer is default and loudness is disabled. Thanks in advance fo any tips.
Whenever my Sceptre TV powers down the connection to the TV volume is lost. I can still play music but when I turn the television back on, there’s no sound on the television. Amazon Alexa is controlling the equipment, including the television and Beam. Sometimes when I reset up the equipment control I can get tv sound to come back, but sometimes that doesn’t work either. Unfortunately, theres no option to keep tv from powering down when Firetv Cube powers down. Any suggestions besides buying a new tv? It’s only a couple of years old. Thank you!
Getting a new error today, when in the web app and I click on the song name in the lower left corner (not on the Room side-bar) the Internal Server Error screen pops up.I had no reason to click there, originally bumped my trackball and was surprised by the error screen. Took a bit to track down exactly what I’d done to get it.So new bug, known bug, doesn’t matter?
