TV output to speakers

I purchased a home last year that speakers and volume knobs in each room.  The amp was trash so I upgraded it to a Sonos Amp and everything is perfect.  I also added a Move to my system which is great with the outdoor speakers on the amp.

I have a TV in a shadowbox and I would like to be able to put the volume through the amp and move.

The amp is hardwired way too far away and there isnt enough room in the shadowbox for the arc.  Any suggestions on how I could do this?

Another Amp, close to the TV and some passive, possibly in-wall, Sonos/Sonance speakers would be a good choice.

No real room for it, its in a shadowbox.

One possibility is using PORT connected to the TV’s audio output. A disadvantage of this scheme is that the TV lip sync will be a little off because the audio is delayed slightly by PORT.

So I tried the port and just coudlnt get the audio to play.  maybe its a settings issue but i played with it for a few hours and tried different versions of converters and cable
