Aften i have made an Update i cant play Music from you see Music and telmore Music, the radio workshop.when Will you fix it? it was Worning fine before the Update ?i Can see om Facebook that several danish People’s have a lot of problems aften you have released the New Update . kurt

Hi, I have 3 Sonos Play 1. All factory reset green flashing lights.When I use the new app to add them they say they are added but dont appear on the app. I hard wired one to router, thats the only one that shows.Tried factory resetting the other two, going through very slow process to add but never show on the app. Please help. Sonos support no **Moderator Edit: Removed diagnostic number*

I have that common problem that with the new app I sometimes have my music library and sometimes not. Ok, I’ll wait until they fix it.But when I do have it, I notice that I can’t pick an artist by first letter any more. the old app on ios would should you the letters of the alphabet, so you could pick there, then expand. Now it doesn’t seem to have that, so I need to scroll through all the artists in my library. Which takes a really long time.Anyone else have the problem?

New phone, new Sonos app, no music library, this is not the first time is it

Latest version of Sonos IOS app is not able to select the speaker I choose.  I tried over and over to select living room speaker only and the app will not allow that selection unless I try 10-12 times.  If I do get it to only select only one room it will not display the album cover.  It requires me to select at least two or more speakers in different rooms.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app multiple times with no change.  How can I go back to the old version? 

When I select a specific episode of a podcast this new version of Sonos controller plays it then proceeds to play all of the subsequent episodes.  Why is this happening and when will it be resolved?  Is anyone else experiencing this behavior?  This is the sixth major defect that has reared its head in this new version.  I am at a loss; my system is near the point of being unusable. 

Has anyone else experienced on the Android app devices and favorites etc not shown on connected network. Requires closing the app and reopening it for them to appear.

I have one IPad using the old app on so 15.5 which was my only way of accessing my music library. All other devices updated to new awful app.I was able to access and use my own music library but today after a 10 day period of non use my music library does not appear as an option and music library settings is greyed out and says I have to update the app.is this really happening that Sonos is forcing people with their own music library to update to a piece of shit app that will not allow us to listen to our music?!I’ve held off moaning but this is unacceptable.If theses something I’m missing then please advise.If it’s another big error from a company supplying speakers and system to allow people to enjoy music they own rather than stream via a service then how do I add my weight to get something done about this?

Your new design has removed basic functionality that is incredibly frustrating.Where is the add to queue button on songs or albums?Where is the ability to quick view an album from a song?Why can't I easily browse the artist from a song I like?It takes at least five more steps to do anything in the new design! Android design is also an afterthought.  I didn't pay thousands of dollars for your system for it to be neutered by a half thought through redesign!Please fix this asap.

The bass adjustment wont respond in the app. It’s a problem that happens very often. The bass works, but it wont respond when i try to increase it. Sorry for bad english

Hi! What do I do when I can't control any speakers at all?  Every setting rubber bands back, while playing music from Spotify (via wife's app, same app, same Android version, same Sonos account and so on) I can't see nor control what is being played or change any settings. My wife can't switch songs unless pausing the music, restarting speaker she wants to play on or we kick it off the network. But neither of us can do any changes. Volume changes seems to lag up to 1-10+ minutes. Before you start yelling network issues, let me reassure you it's not, it worked fine before the dreaded app update. I've reset one of the speakers, didn't help and refuse to reset anything else, reset the app, removed the app So, what do I do?

hi everyone, in the first configuration of the symfonisk frame, after connecting it to wifi, it forces me to update, but it can't get it updated giving me the 1002 error and even restarting it to factory data doesn't work, what can I do?

When switching to a different network/router I factory-reset my sub-mini and started set-up from scratch. I get connected to the wifi, but the setup fails in the final stage when the sub-mini will not add to my system (Beam Gen 2) Anyone got any ideas?

My Sonos Port is stuck on Mute. Since I use it in fixed volume mode, I have no idea how it got muted, but I can’t figure out how to unmute it via the iOS app. I also can not change it out of Fixed Volume mode, which I think would give me a volume slider, because that function seems to be missing from the Sonos App. I have tried a power cycle, but it returns to its muted state after it re-joins the network.Any help or troubleshooting is appreciated. 

Hello my name is Sebastian, I am having trouble working my Sonos speakers through my iPhone while on the app. Only my Sonos Five and Play 1 1st gen allow me to change the EQ’s and adjust volume through the app. The Beam gen 2, with two Play 1’s “1’st gens” as surround speakers and Sonos Move seem to be connected to the app. However don’t allow me to change the EQ’s or ad them to a group. I also can’t Airplay or play music from the app to those two speaker, if I just wanted to listen to them individually. For some reason it is working perfectly fine on my dad’s iPhone through the app, he can connect to all speakers and control volume of each speaker but it’s just not working on my iPhone through the app. If anyone can help me out with some troubleshooting, that would be marvellous.  Regard Seb 

Since downloading the new app (not a fan like everyone else it seems), my system defaults to one speaker. The backyard speaker. It’s not a huge deal to turn that one off and switch it to the speaker I want but is there a fix somewhere in the app?

Why must we take multiple steps to see all our speakers (the “system”)? That's always the first thing I will want to see. If I need to turn a speaker off or lower volume urgently, I have to go through way too many steps to find that speaker to make adjustments. So frustrating.

I have some older speakers running on the S1 app, all no problem. Trying to add a My Cloud Home network drive to hold my Music Library but can’t seem to add it. In my S1 app I get error code 900. On my Windows PC I edited the settings using regedit as suggested in the help but still no success. I can see the drive on the PC no problem and can access the folders and files okay, but in Sonos on the PC I keep getting an error (see screenshot). Anything else I can try? Trying to add screenshot but it’s not having it. 🤷‍♂️Moderator edit: Combined posts

Since the new upgrade (?) on the Sonos app my Spotify will sporadically drop from playing on my arc when played from iPhone. It never happened before and nothing else has changed. 

HelloI’m trying to calibrate my system but during the TruePlay procedure, I’m stuck at the second step right after rotating my phone… When it says to face the TV, I keep pressing the « continue » button but nothing happens ! It seems the app becomes unresponsive because I need to close it and restart it.I’m on the latest version of iOS with an iPhone 14 Pro. My system is an ARC + 2 x ERA 300 + Sub.Thank you

Radio.net has been removed as a Sonos service at their request. This was an important service for U.K. listeners as it gave access to non U.K. stations. I think this leaves us with just my tuner allowing us in the UK access to the world since Tunein/Sonos have blocked non U.K. streams. My tuner blocks access on other platforms - are there any other options for UK listeners ? 

Haven't been able to achieve connection for two weeks.  At times it's seemed connected only to have my system say there are no products connected and start the process over or have the process not work.   what gives ?

new app does not connect with speakers except the play bar; it won’t connect to WiFi, except the play bar. I don’t know how to get the WiFi connected, help?

I installed the Sonos controller update on my iPad Mini (with current OS) and found it now could not play some radio stations. They were still available on the Windows 10 and 11 controllers.What happened was that clicking the Play arrow on the iPad started an animated circle within the arrow which never stopped. I think this problem was limited to stations marked "TuneIn" as opposed to "Sonos", but not certain.I was able to add new favorites, sometimes the same station like KQAC, as a "Sonos Radio Station" and they appeared on both Windows and the iPad and seem to work OK.Other stations (WMNR for example) existed only to be selected as "TuneIn" but with a difference: the stream now came filled with advertising.I have left the old WMNR favorite in place to avoid the ads; curiously it still appears as a Favorite on my up-to-date Windows-based Sonos controller, but is absent from the list on the iPad.
