Why am I not able to transfer music from my Mac desktop to my Sonos ?

Your question is not very clear.
“Transfer”. Do you mean play from your music library? Airplay to your speaker? Copy files?
What happens? What error messages do you get?
From manage on the upper left corner of screen and then click update music library now nothing is transferred and there is no error message, but I am unable to download the Sonos S2 controller on either my IPad or Mac.Thanks
