I cannot get my iPhone or laptop to connect to my Sonos system other than for a few seconds.  On the app and my laptop, only a few of the Sonos devices show up, then they disappear and rarely will anything play.  I have unplugged the devices but no luck.  Additionally, it will not allow me to use Apple Music.  Seems like the whole system is just totally screwed up.  I have repeatedly tried to update the app but to no avail.  Any help would be very much appreciated.

Please provide a rollback option to S2. The new app was advertised as a feature upgrade.  No mention of feature losses.  We got feature losses and no warning.  No informed choice to delay the “upgrade.” I cannot add a single song to the queue.  Basic queue management a critical feature that somehow didn’t make it into your MVP. Now you expect your user base to wait months to return to feature parity.  Months.   Do you realize how ridiculous this is from a user perspective? 

I purchased the Port to replace the old Connect.  Can not get new Port to connect or even register on app to set up.  Garbage

So frustrating, alexa won't play music. Move 2 still in box. Arc works great through TV. One gen 2 will not play amazon music,  cannot find it in alexa app. Won't stream through amazon music direct, doesn't find it through sonos assigned amazon as music content. Cannot remove sonos one from sonos. When I press play on amazon music through sonos app it plays ish but no sound at all and just skips song after song immediately.. feels like am in this crazy loop that I can't get out off......help please. 

New app automatically updated (Android, UK) and worked (if somewhat slow at connecting). Having been away for a week (in UK) and connecting to a different system , I can no longer use my own. On opening the app it doesn't acknowledge my system and any attempt to connect presents me with a terms and conditions page for the US and rest of the world, EXCLUDING Europe.. there is mo option to acceot this. If I attempt to change region I am presented with a blank page. Has anyone else encountered this problem? Any advice?

I updated my sonos app on my iphone and now I cannot play spotify through it.  Just straight up doesn't play.  Any way around this? I used to be able to start playing music on the spotify app and then open the sonos app and it will pop up playing.  I can only air play sometimes to one speaker at a time.  Really upset about this update.  Can i use a different app to play sonos?

my partner and i share the sonos app. neither of us are recognized as the promary. any ideas on how to fix this ? wed like to add an existing speaker that got unplugged. .

Cananyone recommend software to control my SONOS System.  I have a COnnect: Amp, stereo pair on Ones and a Stereo Pair of SONOS Play:1s.  The latest software update on my phone has left me being unable to access my Music Library...which is the main reason for having the SONOS system in the first place, with the occasional BBC Sounds Programme.   

I have no more use for my sonos speakers after the May so-called upgrade. I can’t stay on the phone for 70-90 mins for tech suppoert to tell me my playlists are gone forever. Well, sonos, I too am gone forever.

 Good morning, I would like to use trueplay to optimize listening in my room, I having an Arc soundbar, two Era100 and a Sub mini available. Not having an iPhone but an Android smartphone, if I understand correctly I can't do it. However, I have a MacBook air, is it possible in some way to use a MacBook air to be able to use trueplay and optimize listening in my room?  Thank you all. 

My Sonos will not connect to my Itunes since the new App Update.  It does not even recognize it and I can seem to help it find it.

My play1 disappeared from my app so I did a factory reset and set up again in the new app. I finish setting up and get the message your play:1 may not appear in system unplug and plug in to complete set up.but this doesn't work. Have tried so many times it's getting very frustrating. What can I do?

This morning I pushed “Accept”, because I wanted to use the SONOS system that I’ve invested thousands of dollars in over the last 20 years. As the courageous folks at SONOS intended, there is no real choice, and they are foisting something on us. Now my SONOS MOVE is bricked. Why, SONOS? Why? ( It’s courage right? Right?!)

Latest Sonos S2 version seems working fine both with Android and iOS.  Though with Android's version is not possible to check if optimization is active or not, since Trueplay option is not available. With previous versions, it appeared as soon as optimization was completed by using app Sonos S2 with iPhone / iOS.

I managed to retrieve my only playlist which has been modified constantly thèse last years.However, since upgrade its impossible to modify the playlist (delete or add).Why? Also impossible to create a new playlist. Without this feature I no longer see the advantage of having Sonos 😞. So frustration.Can anyone help or comment ?

Hello all.The Sonos MacOS desktop app is broken. It connects to the system but then goes into a loop of re-connecting and not finding the system. I re-installed it and all.Any idea on how to fix this?

I was able to add my new Era300 via the iOS controller app.  I can group the new speaker manually by holding play/pause but I cannot play music to the speaker from the app, it just continually goes to the next song until the end of the playlist. My other speakers are working as they should.I saw the workaround to transfer the network to myself, which I did but I was not having an issue with the app crashing, as it added the speaker to my network without issue.

As a certified Sonos dealer of 10 plus years how can I continue to recommend a product to my clients that I can't even get to work properly. I have never in my 30 years of being in the AV industry run into an app so bad. Weiss irgend jemand wo man in der neuen App Lautsprecher gruppiert? Da mein Amp nicht in der Lage ist unseren Sound von Handy oder IPad direkt per AirPlay abzuspielen bin ich darauf angewiesen das Ding mit einem AirPlay fähigen Lautsprecher zu gruppieren! Wie geht das in dieser App die meiner Meinung nach nichts als Probleme verursacht! Wenn es keine Lösung dafür gibt bleibt es in unserem Garten abgesehen von Webradio still!🤮😡🤬🤮
