All spotify suddenly 'Can't find that content'

Hi all,I had Spotify working via SVC on my Roam perfectly. I added an Era 100 today. Now all my Spotify commands returns ‘I can’t find that content’, on both my Roam and Era.Weirdly enough if I just ask it to ‘play some music’ it has no trouble playing Spotify content from my discover weekly list. Even telling me so when I ask it what’s playing.I already tried the following:I already deleted my Spotify link. Deleted the Spotify app + deleted my Spotify link & reinstalled/relinked Reseted the Sonos appAnyone has any other ideas? Specifically got the Era 100 now it finally supports Spotify. Planning to upgrade all my one’s

I find the Sonos App not to my liking. I would prefer to operate directly from the Apple Music App. I can get to my Sonos Move albeit not consistent but my main systek si not seen by Air Play. Arc, Sonos One Gen 2, Sub Gen 3.

SIRIUS XM Not playing Unable to browse

All of a sudden Sirius XM won’t play on Mac Desktop. Deleted app, rebooted, etc.  Mobile app is fine. Just mac desktop version 16.1

Android s2 app loses system, but IPad works

I’m using Android s2 and both the app and Android have the correct versions. Uninstalling and reinstalling doesn’t help. The app loses connection to the system, but both my MacBook and iPad s2 apps have no problem with it. After I shut my Android down for the night everything is fine the next morning, but it’s all gone by the middle of the day. Support tells me to reboot the router, but if that was the problem why do the iPad and Macbook work? I think the s2 app has a caching problem with the central server, since I notic it loses my recently played list before things go SouthI’m very unhappy with SONOS support.

Bug in my Music Library and when I listen to a radio

Good morning,When I listen to albums from my music library I click to launch them and then the application shuts down and restarts, this is each time I launch the application for the first time of the day on the Windows desktop.Then I noticed there on the Android phone application, that if I select a Radio from Sono Radio which is systematically a favorite on each first launch it will launch me the last radio that I listened to while I click of course on a different radio.Thank you in advance for your assistanceActarus Moderator Note: Modified in accordance with the Community Code of Conduct - mention of Beta program

Spotify ads

I work in a boutique fitness studio and when we try to play a spotify station, there will always be ads that play. The owner says this shouldnt be an issue because we are paying for premium. Is there a way to stop these ads when playing a station on spotify?

Sonos App Changed Key Feature An It Needs To Be Fixed

A key selling point for my Sonos ecosystem purchase was changed with the S2 update and it still bugs the * out of me. The 1st time I experienced Sonos was at a friend's during a big BBQ. He usually asks me to play music and wanted to show me his new system. So I downloaded the app, logged into his Sonos and saw the currently playing playlist and he showed me how to add to it. With the S1 app, when adding songs I was able to see MY Spotify library (favorites/playlists, etc.) which was amazing cuzz I didn't have to search for songs that I wanted to add to the queue. Once the S2 app was released, in the same scenario when I'm at his house, on his network, when trying to add songs to the Sonos queue, I can only see HIs Spotify library (which is nowhere near as extensive as mine) and make it a PIA to contribute to the queue. This happens at all friends houses with Sonos system since the S2 app release. PLEASE REVERT THAT CHANGE!!! *Moderator Note: Modified in accordance with the Community C

S2 App - Unable to set up

Has anyone else had this issue? I’m setting up a One SL speaker that I haven't used in about a year. It wont show up on my Sonos account nor can the app find it(I’m on new wifi so the speaker is confused lol). Customer service had me reboot the speaker and restart the app so its as if I’m setting up a new product. Each of the three customer service reps I spoke to asked me to click the button that says something like “Setup new system” but the only option on the screen says “Join existing system,” which obviously doesn’t work since I’ve just wiped my speaker clean. I have factory reset my speaker, restarted my phone, updated my phone, uninstalled/reinstalled my sonos app a million times, and even tried the older version of the app. But every time I end up right at the page that only says “Join existing system.” Someone help!

Is ipad 9th gen supported for trueplay tuning?

I trying to use Trueplay for my arc+sub3+ones setup and am consistently getting noice error even thought there is pin drop silence. I tried with older generation (5th,6th and 7th) ipads and it worked fine. Please help me fixing issue

album dates, info, and ordering in Apple Music

Would be great to get more album info and ordering in Apple Music service, and possibly display while playing a song. If I want to find latest release for an artist or when a song is from,  I usually have to go elsewhere then come back and scroll around in the Sonos app. I’d rather stay in app.

Cannot adjust volume buttons with Android phone unless I'm in Spotify or Sonos app

Hi Team! I rented a Sonos Five for a few months on Grover and was very happy with it.Now I purchased my own device and I ran into the following problem which is quite detrimental to the experience.This applies to the Spotify Listening, which I always use via the Spotify App on my Android Phone. Before, I could always control the volume from wherever I am.Now I cannot control the volume unless I am currently in the Spotify or Sonos app.If I change the volume when the phone is locked or I am outside the Spotify or Sonos app, it just controls the phone ringtone volume.So every time I have to adjust the volume, i need  to unlock the phone, open one of the 2 apps, and control the volume. this does take up a lot of time because i need to adjust the volume very frequently. I already adjusted the settings as shown in the following articles Control Sonos volume with a mobile device’s hardware buttonsControl Sonos from the Android lock screen Any clue on how to fix this?

Does anybody have a Samsung Galaxy S24 and is using a SONOS WiFi speaker?

Sirius XM not showing artist and song title

When browsing the Sirius XM -  All Live Channels within the Sonos App, it’s not showing the song title and artist.  It has been a feature within the app for years, and now it’s gone.  Is there a fix?

Adding a folder from another computer on my local network to Music Library.

In the Sonos Music Library Settings, I put in the correct path to a network folder, but it doesn't work. It asks for username and password. I put in my Microsoft account username (email address) and password. After about an hour of the spinning circle, it fails. No feedback. What can I do?The folder is shared correctly. I can access it using File Explorer. I don’t know why it isn’t working because I get no feedback, aside from saying it doesn’t work.I’ve had this problem before. I’m sure I can figure it out eventually. I’m just bored with it at the moment. This is almost the only thing about Sonos I don’t like.

Issues Connecting System

Hi, Hoping some wise folk can help out before I completely lose my mind! For no apparent reason (same wifi, no changes etc), my Sonos system stopped connecting on my iPhone. For a period it was still working on my wife’s Pixel.But after trying to unplug & reset the router and add the components again it then stopped working on hers too. I have since tried multiple times to add the system again. When I attempt, it asks me to add each speaker individually. Beginning with a One, it plays the pairing chime, green and white light flashes and then goes to “connecting…..” where ultimately I get a “please try again later” message. Here’s my gear:2x Sonos One SL Sonos Beam (the beam still works through the TV and we can airplay through the Spotify app) Sonos Port (which has been unplugged/out of action a while as I moved my turntable) Sonos Move Sonos RoamI have Sky WiFi with the standard router, here’s the spec (ripped from somewhere else on the net) Sky Broadband Hub specificationsWi-Fi:

Multiple alarms in multiple rooms

I have 4 rooms where I want individual alarms … but the alarms overlap each other in the timespan needed. Not possible or…? Does alarm 1 have to end before alarm 2 can start - and so on?
