I am no longer view my list of albums or songs downloaded from Spotify and cannot therefore play them. Can anyone help me please?
I was on a chat with Sonos yesterday. I asked how I could pull up the contents of an album if I was listening to one song on that album. An hour chat. It ended where he signed me off the chat but not before splattering a canned Sonos comment to be patient while they upgrade (the upgrade) and work out the kinks. He said there was no way to go back to the prior app.
Unfortunately, that is a non response. Who wants to spend more money on their components when they have not tested an app before foisting it on people who have spent big bucks on speakers that require the software that has gone way down hill with their upgrade. Don't they read these comments and see that they have many very unhappy customers?
I did have a laugh though. When they tried to foist overpriced headphones on me after this software debacle. SONOS, THIS SOFTWARE IS A FAIL!
I was on the phone with Sonos Support for nearly 2 hours trying all sorts of remedies. It ended up with being told it is the new app and I will have to wait for an upgrade. I suspect they could have told me this in the first few minutes and not wasted my life.
Like many others I have spent thousands on equipment and expect Sonos to provide a decent level of support. Absolutely useless. If you have not yet chosen a wireless speaker system for your music, don’t buy Sonos
