New App update massive mistake

I’ve waited a month or more now before venting my * thinking Sonos will fix their massive * up with the new app. No. It remains a mess. Nothing works at all. No playlists. Can’t add, can’t search. Can’t edit. Can’t do anything at all. Wtaf Sonos. It was not broke. Why try to fix it. Now you’ve massively broke it beyond repair. Revert to previous. Sack however you paid a fortune to that thought this was a good idea. So pissed off

You’re venting to users, not to Sonos. 
 

And, for the record, there is a lot more working now than a few weeks back. Your claim that “nothing works” is untrue. It’s still lacking, but it’s getting better.

No, I agree, this app update yet again completely messed up my system and EVERYTHING disappeared and says nothing connected and on my network. Nothing works.
