I have literally spent hundreds of dollars, as have so many others, to purchase Sonos speakers. I don’t want to stream, I want to listen to my 10,000-song iTunes library - that was one of the selling points of this “system.” It worked fine for years, and now it doesn’t. I have spent HOURS of my life searching, Googling, reading these forums, plodding through endless “solutions” where I have to waste time in Windows trying to allow permission to access my music folders, yet it never works in the end.

I am so tired of trying different 50-step “solutions” offered by Sonos “customer service.” You can blame Apple all you want, but it is on SONOS to have a simple process by which customers - again, customers who have spent a lot of money on your products - can simply and easily add their iTunes library to the Sonos system. It is completely asinine that you have so many frustrated customers, and you can’t figure out how to make them happy. I worked for decades for a Fortune 500 company, and I would have been FIRED if I screwed something up this badly and couldn’t help clients fix it. So pathetic...

I agreed with your comment 100%, the main reason I purchased Sonos, it gave me the choice to use my own library not any music service.
9 speakers later with this application update, I’m frustrated as well. ! It is impossible to think they can’t fix all the bugs which came with it, there are no excuses !

I don’t think they care, my play bar and sonos 1s and sub is utterly useless at the moment
