Hello,Ever since upgrading to the appalling new Sonos app I can no longer use the Amazon Music service that I used for years. Its the free version. I can browse the music, select it, but then it just jumps from one song to the next and never plays anything. Am I doing something wrong? have they changed the subscription rules so free doesnt work anymore?

At 8:25 am every day an app called tunein automatically starts playing on my beam. I obviously did not set this up myself, but I just do not know how to disengage it. Does anyone know of any settings that would be able to help me turn this off?

I’ve been trying to use the new Sonos app for a couple of months. It’s rubbish!!!!!!!Can’t play favourite play list’s continuously.The search function is a joke.I’ve got 3 Sonos Ones’ time for a change I think - what a load of rubbish, talk about backward step!

Almost without fail, my app does not recognise my system every other time I open it. The only solution is to close the app and reopen it. Is this a known issue that is being fixed?Just another bug in the long line of issues with the new app ROLL IT BACK

Why am I getting a message that 1 speaker is missing from a pair 

Hi,Hoping someone can answer a query around account security. As far as I can see the account we all use is only a single authentication. I’m hoping / wondering if there are any plans to change that by incorporating MFA?Does anyone ( Sonos or community ) know if this is going to be incorporated or is on a rollout in the future ?Thanks in advance !

As most have described, the new app is a disappointment.  I use Amazon Music and one of the features I enjoyed using the most was the ability to add songs to a playlist.  Does anyone know if that feature will be coming back in a future update?

How can I play all the best songs of an artist after clicking Megadeth top tracks..it doesnt automaticly start a playlist as before ? :-(And in the recently listened Music when it’s a radio for example WEEZER station there is no play button anymore ??There is a lot of bad things with the last app.. en français svp !  

Today I rushed through a change to my companies financial reporting system. Unfortunately it caused a considerable number of users to be locked out. Those that weren’t locked out had massively reduced functionality. It caused absolute uproar amongst our user base, they were not happy at all!Initially I thought I had been utterly incompetent and was deserving of the sack.  However, it turns out I wasn’t being useless at my job. I was in fact being “courageous”. I look forward to telling my boss this on Monday. I might even ask them for a pay rise.Thanks Sonos execs for showing me the way!

The mixes it won’t play are all from the same user. It still plays everything else on Mixcloud. It was playing the same mixes yesterday no problem. What gives?

I have several large Amazon playlists each with hundreds of songs.  After the update, songs 1-100 will play but songs 101 and higher do not.  This was never a problem on the old app.  I have read others have the same issue but I have not seen any comments from Sonos…So if anyone from Sonos could please respond I would love to know when or if this problem is going to be addressed and if there is anything I can do to fix this.

Hi, I’m doing some research on sonos API’s and developing an iOS app, with that being said a year or two ago sonos had their developer docs and sample apps, before they re-did their docs and moved to docs.sonos.com, since then.Does anyone still have the old developer docs iOS sonos sample app? I’ve had Sonos in my house since around 2015 and I’ve noticed the app has, in the last few years, become less and less reliable. It’s gotten to the point where if I want to listen to music I have to tickle the app (by accessing it then shutting it down a few times) around 20-30 mins before it will actually find my system. I can be standing a metre from my router and one of the speakers and it still can’t find it. I give up trying, come back in half an hour or so and it’s finally managed to find it.  So essentially it takes 20+ mins for the app to turn on. It was never like this until a few years ago. What’s changed ?

On the new Sonos app, the "Shuffle All Uploaded Music" option, on YouTube Music, will provide a mix of 100/25,000 songs but only gives you the option to play any one of those songs at a time.Is there a way, through YouTube Music, to shuffle and play my entire collection of uploaded content without interruption? 

I am very disappointed that it has become so difficult to add custom URL radios, now that TuneIn is not so well integrated into the Sonos App.I own several SONOS devices. I understand that you are trying to push your radio services but please bring ASAP a customer-friendly way to add custom URL radios in the SONOS App or I will never buy a SONOS product again ! I am really fed up !

I have a Sonos move and connecting it has always been an issue. But I will just keep doing things like rebooting router, deleting the app, resetting and setting back up the network, etc. and eventually it seems to work. Definitely not a “Move” which is what I needed. This last time, though, it finally started connecting and I will get the message that it’s connected and it’s solid white on the speaker as it should be. But the app itself will not return to the menu so that I can play music. It just keeps saying it can find a system on the wifi and to join the system. I’ve tried to access help, the last time sitting for over 60 minutes on hold only to be told that the steps I’ve taken repeatedly are the only fixes they have. The issue is the app. Is there a magic way to get the app to return to the page where I can play music?(I have a play five and a play one and I kept them on the older system and the older app. I can play those)

iPhone was connected to Sonos for several months but today it won’t connect.  I restarted router and amp and phone but nothing works.    Why does Sonos need to be such a pain to use?

Ok - I was able to see my playlists for about 1 week and now can’t find them. Can someone tell me how to get to my playlists on the new app? 

I've just noticed loads of radio stations have been added to my homepage. I can't delete them as they're greyed out   I also have a new section on my homepage called 'Kat Shoob'. No idea who/what that is. If I delete it it just keeps coming back.  What's going on?

Hi, I cannot connect to my account at Yousee Musik. I have tried many times including deleting and reinstalling sonos app, but everytime I get the message below. I had no problems untill the new app arrived.What can I do? 

This week, Tidal have started offering high-res and Atmos streaming to lower-tier customers.I can see plenty of albums available in Atmos via the app on my phone, but can’t get Atmos content playing from Tidal on my Sonos surround setup (Beam gen 2, Sub Mini and two Play 1s).Amazon Music plays Atmos content just fine through Sonos (my test album at the moment is Slowdive’s excellent ‘Everything Is Alive’), but if I try the same tracks via Tidal, either through the Sonos app or Airplaying via the Tidal app on my phone, I’m just hearing regular stereo.Will this require an update from Sonos to make Tidal’s Atmos content work on my Sonos setup, or are am I missing something very obvious?

OK, Im trying to add my Move to an existing sytem but I need to log in as admin in the app. But that wont work since I come back to the app which tells me to log in as admin again.  It’s looping forever.  I don’t dare to uninstall and reinstall the app since the system is working...well good enough atm. Im on Iphone, with the latest iOS. No new stuff in my network Sonos support has me on hold for over 100 minutes som Im trying my luck here. Any help on workarounds appreciated. 

Hello,I have an issue with playing local radio stations and switching them. When I play radio station A and stop it and switch to B, sonos app says it is play station B but really it is still music from radio station A. I then have to stop everything again and click on radio station B for it to actually play.So especially when using google assistant the switch also doesn't work.What is a possible solution to this? 

I have upgraded to a new version of S2 and I have a message that product not available which is my music librarycant find where to set up again. Noticed that others are having the same issue This is fundamental as I have a significant music library and was a number one requirement to go down the Sonos path all those years agoanyone have any updates
