Hello everyone,I would like to buy a Ray and a Roam 2 to:connect Ray on my TV, to watch movies and enhance tv audio have a Roam 2 AND the Ray connected to play music in sync, having the Roam 2 in another room, playing music from my Android phone (Sonos app)is this scenario possible? Or having the Ray connected to the TV only enable it to play music fro mthe TV?Moreover, if the previous scenario would be possible, can I add eventually a Era 100 to play music, in sync, also to it in addition to Ray and Roam 2 (3 devices simultaneously). Thanks!!

In my front room I have the following hardware that I would like to setup for TV listening.  I know that it won’t be a true surround 7.1 system, but I have a separate home theatre room for that.  I figure this setup should be far superior to the current little TV speakers, so…The hardware that I have is:Bookshelf speakers for fronts powered by a Sonos Amp (one of the current black ones).  This amp is labeled “TV Fronts” (clever huh?).8” in-ceiling speakers powered by a second Sonos Amp. This one is labeled as “TV Rears”The TV is a few years old Samsung UN75NU6900F that does have an ARC HDMI port (#2).For a TV source, I use an Amazon Fire Cube for Hulu, Max, Netflix, Prime etc.I have attached an HDMI ARC cable from the TV’s ARC port#2 to the Sonos Amp “TV Fronts” HDMI port.The Amazon Fire Cube HDMI out is connected to the TV’s HDMI port#1.I have already downgraded both Sonos Amps to work with the S1 App (I have a lot of other Sonos Amps and Connects that won’t work with the S2 app (“Tha

Hi, I just bought the ace , sound is ok but I didn’t found the same whaou effect that I had with my Apple air pod pro2 Tested on Deezer with Bluetooth the sound seems ( for me ) low Even at 70% for now I’m pretty disapointed  For music I use Deezer and vinyle on my AMP 2X125W and beam gen2 I look at the EVERSOLO DAC Z8 and his headphone amp , if I used my ace on the jack input will I have louder sond ?and a better sound with Deezer FLAC is 16/44  thanks

I’m planning to purchase 3 pairs of Sonos 8 inch In-Ceiling Speakers (INCL8WW1).Can it be powered by one Sonos AMP or do I need more to use the speakers upto full capacity?

I brought a Roam 2 in Green and it’s beautiful.  However, I see the wireless chargers are only available in black or white. I can’t be the only one who would love to have one that matches my speaker?It seems like a no brainer to me, if you offer the speakers in a range of colours why can’t I have the accessories to match?  Come on Sonos, any chance of making this happen? Please? 

This is sooo frustrating!  For quite  few months now, I lost anything past the letter Q nor can I add anything back in my Sonos Favorites.  I have tried many things, with no luck. The crazy part is, I found those favorites in the Tunein app under my radio shows and my radio stations!  And if that were not strange enough, the Iheart app is listed under the Tunein app too!!!!  Nobody at Sonos seems to give a damn that their long time loyal supporters of their products cannot enjoy certain features they once could. WHERE ARE YOU SONOS SUPPORT!!!!!

When I’m already playing music on a Sonos speaker and add another one or a whole group, there is no option to quickly adjust/sync the volume for all speakers to the same level. I always have to manually adjust the volume in order to have the same volume on all speakers. I know that there used to be a function in Sonos app to slide to the left to mute them all an slide back to the desired volume in order to sync them all, but this does not work with the new app. There are other apps available for Apple Watch and Mac which support this setting. How can I sync the volume with the new Sonos app? Or please bring back this feature.

Hi,I created a couple of zones using SONOS Era100 Pro speakers. It seems in this configuration, it does not allow a subwoofer to be added. Only when i change a Zone to a room, can I link the sub. Ie, a room with a singe speaker or speaker pair. Is this correct? Is this a limitation at the moment?

I have a three room set up , kitchen is an Arc, sonus amp and ceiling speakers for surrounds and gen 3 sub, Arcam Dac, iPad hard wired as controller. Small lounge Bose cinema 520 Arcam air Dac and Sonus port. My main lounge has a Denon 2200 AVR, Bowers and Wilkins in Wall front 3 speakers . Surrounds and height speakers in wall and ceiling . I am looking to make improvements to the main lounge as I am happy with the rest of the setup. I also have a single Sonus five and a move 1.I want to have the main lounge join the Sonus architecture and improve the sound quality too . Can a Sonus amp be used to power the front left and right speakers ?within the surround system ? Also could a Sonus subwoofer 4 then be connected to the main lounge ? Could I purchase another Sonus 5 and use a pair usefully within the main lounge too . If the amp option isn’t optimal , if a port is connected, could I then use a Sonus sub in the non sonus setup. 

My Sonos ace headphones have stopped playing audio. I turned them on today and no audio has been played from them. When I put them on there is no chime and using any application on my iPhone there is no audio. The headphones still connect, but simply don’t work. I have factory tested them and restarted my phone as well. Nothing has worked. 

Next year I am going to be living in a 6 person apartment. I’ve been to friends apartments identical to that of which I will be in next year and their JBL 1000 PartyBox filled up the apartment. I currently have three Play 1’s. I am looking to buy 3 Play 5’s (all older gens to save money). Do you guys think that those 6 speakers could replicate a similar experience to the JBL? What I liked about the JBL was that it filled the entire apartment when placed in the living room, even when there were 100 people throughout the apartment. I feel like even if I bought the three Play 5’s and even added in a sub it wouldn’t be able to replicate the experience I got from the massive JBL. I am also new to this space and know nothing about external speakers or how to use amps and adapters to connect those to Sonos systems. When will sonos update the app so there is possible to change equalizer settings trough the app, even when you are connected via bluetooth. I really love the products but for the pricetag it should be possible to use same app as when it is connected to wifi. 

HI, I have a sonos amp 2X125W and I want to put 2 speakers focal aria 906 who need 20 to 120w I want to know if my sonos AMP is too powered for those speakers ? 

Which to buy for a 20ft x 20ft room, 2 x sonos 5 or two Sonos era 300?Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I’m considering buying some Sonos products for the main living area of my home. It’s a 20x40 space with ceilings vaulted from one story to two. There’s a TV on one side that I’d like to get a soundbar for - I’m considering the beam gen 2. We’d like to have a speaker on the other side of the house so we can have music fill the space - I’m considering an era 300 for that.  just looking for advice on whether that’s a good plan, or if there’s another setup I should consider.  Thanks! 

First comes Roam, then Come Move, next is Wander, Stray, Range????? I was thinking something like the five x2 or the roam x2 or era 300 x2 in travel and weather proof form with 24hr batters and other goodies…

Buying my 1st Sound Bar…  Arc Ultra added to cart Already.Which will go better with my set up black or white…???  

I have had my Sonos Arc for over 3 years and had no problems. The Arc mute light randomly decided to switch on and is now stuck on the mute light, and has been for the past two weeks. I have tried everything to fix it. I have disconnected all the power, inlcuding my tv and left it for two days, plugged everything back in, and the mute light comes straight back on. I have tried doing a factory reset on the device by holding the back button while plugging in the plug/cable, but again the mute lights comes straight back on. I have played with settings on my LG C1 tv, I have tried turning earc on and off, have turned simplink (hdmi-cec) on and off, but the mute lights stays on, i have tried resetting network settings on my tv, have tried pressing the mute button on my tv remote, i have tried pressing the buttons on my sonos arc but no button is responsive, i am just stuck with the mute light on the arc remaining on. My sonos arc does not show in the app anymore, even though its connected t

This is more a visual issue than a “real” issue but …..maybe someone knows so here goes: For your online profile (www.sonos.com → login) you can see all your Sonos devices you have added to your “system” over the years (My Account → System) on that email/login you have used.  It lists everything from speakers to controllers, for me it shows everything I’ve added since 2006 (ZP100) including various CR100 controllers - so everything under my email login for S1 devices.A lot of these devices I no longer own/have due to various reasons (broken/sold on/lost/upgraded) BUT they are still showing on my online profile.Note, these devices are *NOT* listed/showing on the S1 app anymore (expected behavior) as i no longer have them (broken/sold/lost/upgraded).Is there any way to get these deleted/removed from my profile??This issue is specifically for my S1 devices (and my online profile for S1).  I’ve not had to “remove” anything on my S2 profile, yet...but i suspect same issue. Yes, realise this

building a custom sauna, and I wanted to install Sonos speakers in the sauna. it’s been impossible to get a direct answer from Sonos whether or not they make speakers that can withstand the humidity and heat of a sauna. Does anyone know if you can use Sonos speakers in a sauna? When I did a chat with customer support, they said they don’t have any products they recommend, but I’ve seen lots of people have Sonos products in their sauna

My wall mounted 75” TV protrudes 4-1/4” from the wall. I am planning on wall mounting my Sonos Arc Ultra underneath using Sonos wall mount bracket which is essentially flush to the wall.  Will the upfiring speakers be affected (will I have enough clearance) ?
